it was a really good short business stay. I have stayed with work before and always find the staff pleasant accommodating and friendly. The rooms although basic do exactly what is needed. It was clean tidy and had coffee tea making facilities. Really nice

Room ok but could be better except stained bath in room was not pleasant, and should be replaced as it reduces decency of the bathroom. hotel entrance could do with some sprucing up - flower pots with faded/chipped edges, room had swivel chair what was very worn

Unfortunately Maidstone has been ruined by some awful planning decisions. The shopping has degraded thanks to the challenges for towns nowadays. Maidstone is a particularly bad sufferer. It’s a mess. The far end of Week street is a place to be sure to avoid.

My stay at this hotel was extremely unsatisfactory.
My stay at this hotel was extremely unsatisfactory. Considering the cold room, dreadful breakfast, unclean amenities, and health concerns, I would rate the hotel poorly, perhaps 1 out of 5. It's clear there are substantial issues that need urgent attention for the hotel to meet basic standards.

I love that the picture of Maidstone is actually of Aylesford, a village approximately 3 miles away from the town (not aware it's turned into a city yet) and where I grew up. Maidstone town centre isn't massively scenic but they could have posted a picture of the amazing park they have - Mote Park.

The hotel is good for motorway access. Maidstone has some ok restaurants but places like Harrietsham and Lenham offer better eating opportunities - but it’s a good base if you are there to explore Kent -Leeds castle is near by - Hastings Whitstable Herne Bay all easily accessible
The entire property is elegantly decorated and comfortable where guest are encouraged to make themselves at home. The owners have thought of everything you may need during your stay and made it available. They are friendly, warm and helpful. I completely enjoyed my chats with both Belinda and Sabin.
Just a short walk to trains, restaurants, shopping, the river and beautiful historic churches and buildings. I made the trip to Maidstone specifically to stay at Stone Court House. I'm glad I did. The house and the city are worth the trip.
This was the first time we had stayed at this hotel and we stayed there for the convenience of using Eurotunnel. We were very pleased with the accommodation, the size of the room, the cleanliness and how quiet the place was, despite being next door to the motorway services. Although we only stayed one night, we were definitely impressed by the place and would certainly not hesitate to return in the future and will recommend it to all our family and friends
We were on a walking tour of Kent and had spent the day in fields and forests. The Village Hotel was just what we needed for a relaxing evening and night. We had dinner in their restaurant, and it was crowded but spacious enough to let everyone spread out. The bed was so comfortable, and the shower was amazing....just the thing for two pilgrims to get back onto their path to Canterbury the next day, refreshed and renewed!
It was impossible for me to fly in due to Covid restrictions. I informed the hotel well in advance and they refused to refund or even issue a credit I would have taken. Totally disgusting and money grabbing. I stayed there a couple of years ago and was not impressed by one arrogant and unfriendly receptionist when I checked in. I will never stay there again and spend my money elsewhere.
Nothing the place was horrific , the pics look nothing like the place , it was very dirty , sheets not ironed, dishes , cooker , fridge everything isn’t what it seems on the pics on here , plus very rude owners and care taker, I only stayed because impossible to find a good place in Maidstone centre ,next time will use hotel .
Great location, 10 mins walk from Maidstone East, within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, a pub across the road and the town centre high street is within a short walking distance. Spacious apartment for people wanting an overnight stay. Very comfortable, clean beds. Towels and bed linen was exceptionally clean.
The little cabins all face onto a grass area, so unlike a hotel you can leave the door open for some fresh air.
Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. We didn’t have evening meal but the menu did look appetising.
Good value, about 10 minute drive from Maidstone. Plenty of parking.
Dog friendly too !
The location was perfect. Every thing was walking distance to the town centre. I had no problem with noise. It was quiet and peaceful and a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment. I'd definitely book again if reception makes some improvement.
Chain hotel near the motorway, seemed to be well run. Comfortable room, clean, comfy bed, shower was okay, staff were friendly. Lounge area seemed nicer than most. Very smooth experience
Clean, comfortable, excellent value and good location for visiting the town centre, whilst being in a fairly quiet location. Friendly thoughtful staff, definitely worth a visit.
Absolutely beautiful, massive, and comfy house near the town center while being in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Had an absolutely lovely time here with two of my friends!
Staff (Just 2) couldn't do enough, were very welcoming and friendly.
Room was lovely and clean.
Great location for Maidstone town, short walk to centre.
