The receptionist Lauren who gave an immediate refund of one night for a disturbed nights sleep due to a fire alarm. I did not ask for it but it was offered by Lauren and accepted by me. A perfect example of customer care and I will return to the hotel because of her action I was in room 4, the tv was in the wrong place and there was no comfortable chair to watch it.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom in our room needed updating - the sink didn't have a mixer tap and the hot water was too hot to wash your hands in. I also think wifi should be included in the price of hotels now, as everyone needs it.

I enjoyed my stay in this friendly, clean and comfortable hotel. The food in the restaurant was very good. I think they could supply local maps of Maidstone for people driving.

Convenient location for friends and family. Found the room rather warm and lowering the heat from control on wall did not seem to have effect.

The staff was really incompetent and very agressive. The invoice did't correspond at all with my booking (we think there is a "trick" somewhere !). The hygiéne in the restaurant is deplorable, it was really durty (some spoons, forks, knive and cups where not washed !!!).We use to travel in all the world (we work in tourism), it's the first time (and the last !) we stay in an hotel like that.

Clean bedroom and a friendly welcome at 12.30am in the morning. That was all we needed, after a day at the Hop Farm Music Festival. Our first visit to a Premier Inn chain and we would happily book with the company again.

The size and standard of the room was great. There wasn't any toilet paper so we called reception and were ordered to 'come to reception' to get it which was poor.
