Staff welcoming and helpful. Was cheap and what we wanted for 1 night and was close to event We had 2 rooms booked, my room stunk of smoking/cigarettes, and the other room was lacking in cleanliness. We had to wash the bath ourselves before it was used.

The location is about right. There is no cleanliness in the hotel, when you enter it smells and the heaters in the room smells, the toilet arrangement was a poor design. Overall I didnt like the hotel.

It wasnt expensive and was next door to the services. The water pressure in the shower was very low and if you are staying in a room at the front of the hotel, it can be quite noisy.

Ease of booking, friendly staff, comfortable clean bed. Days is what it is a Budget Hotel and is comfortable for short overnight stays. We found the duvets very heavy and too hot! Our bathroom had a very old bath with a lot of the enamel rubbed off and the tiles around the bath were a little grubby with mould in places.

It is very close to Leeds Castle, but you have to go by car because it is a service area surrounded by motorways. Yet we had a good night sleep and we did not hear noise at night. I suggest that brochures of nearby restaurants will be provided since the hotel does not have its own restaurant, and one may want to go to a more romantic place rather than eat at the restaurants available in the service area.

Good value for money! Room was a good size too! Also only 10 minutes into Maidstone town, so perfect for a night out! Friendly guy on reception too! Only thing that I wasn't happy about was the fact that we got told to turn our music down! We'd only been in the room 5 minutes and it was before 7pm! I was with friends going in a night out, so didn't find this a good start!

Nice sized room, good tv, fast response from staff when needed. A couple of things in our room were missing, eg shower gel and the handle to turn the tap from bath to shower.

Easy to access as just off the motorway. Able to book family and twin room as we were two family groups. Very clean and able to access catering facilities as we needed at the service station. Ideal for a place to sleep the night while visiting family No lift available- needed as my husband has mobility problems. When I booked on line there was no indication that there would not be a lift. I thought that by law- disability access- it was a given for a lift to be available.

My wife and I were impressed with the receptionist called ellie who met us upon arrival,we asked for a disabled room but needed extra bedding etc and ellie was only too happy to provide this even though she was very busy.the atmosphere of all the staff was very helpful and friendly and we would stay there again, but the price was pretty steep for the size of the room and there were no facilities in the hotel, but we still enjoyed the stay there.can you please thank all the staff on our behalf. Ruth and Rab Kane.
