Clean room, comfy bed, good location.
Shower not very powerful, wifi could of been free.
nothing outstanding same as any basic room
£8.75 for a breakfast in adjoining Malta Inn is scandalous next time will go elsewhere for better value. May be good value for people with children but not adults on their own
Nice meal in Malta Inn Sat might and breakfast Sunday
it's the usual Premier Inn, clean, comfortable bed.
Wi-Fi not free.
The staff were all so friendly and informative, the location was good and the Beefeater was excelent
I have never stayed in a Premier Inn before but I was very impressed with this one. The staff were very friendly and the room exceptionally clean with all that we required for our one nights stay en-route to Folkstone. Great breakfast as well!! Would definitely recommend.
not enough storage for a family room for more than one night, had to keep some clothes in our travel bag. standards dropped on second night stay.
Excellent friendly greeting from reception staff. Had an unwanted extra bed which she kindly removed while we ate at the Malta Inn. Clean and quiet room.
Mobile network kept dropping off in the room which may not be the fault of the Premier Inn.
Room was tiny bed uncomfortable, food rubbish and overpriced and hotel was overpriced too
Pub next door
Been twice first time no hot water only 1 towle in bathroom so had ask more plus no soap in dispenser an was freezin cold 2nd time not as bad
Liked walking along the river, very easy walking path, partly tarmac finished. Easy parking, very helpful staff, both ladies had big smiles and were pleasant to work with. Internet worked well (30 minutes free, charge for more), very convenient to the town and the motorway. We used it as a stopover on the way across the Channel. Room was quiet, TV worked well.
The only thing we weren't happy with was the late start for breakfast. That is inconvenient for people staying for Channel crossing.
Katrina on reception
booking . com did not tell the hotel we requested a ground floor even though its on our form.
Helpful reception staff, breakfast staff very good, breakfast really good
Pub for meals felt grubby and plastic covering for glasses dirty Kettle in room was dangerous as it leaked badly, asked for change and it wasn't, second night, tea cups, spoons were left unwashed and tea, milk and towels not replaced, toilet seat was dirty which is not acceptable and to their usually excellent standards which is why we stay with Premier Inn
the toilet didnt flush every thing else was fine.
The Staff were superb and always cheerful and willing to help, even came up to try to sort out a problem with the Loo Flush at 10-30 at night. Fantastic location right on the Riverbank. Beefeater Restaurant right next door with views of the River Medway.
Just a couple of minor issues with the Bathroom. The tap on the sink is fixed in place and makes it quite difficult to have a wet shave. The flush system on the loo is very delicate and if pushed even a bit hard it packs up completely.
Excellent food for both breakfast and Evening Meal.CAllserved in good time even though the restaurant was extremely busy. The staff were pleasant and friendly without being patronising and not too busy to stop and chat even though they were !
No negatives on this stay

The hotel is very nice the rooms spotless credit to the housekeeping staff ,front of house staff most helpful .
No air con .plus constant drone of the motorway .we tried the beefeater next door ,dark and dismal could do with a refurb badly breakfast not fantastic.
clean room, nearby walk alongside the river and the lock
