Score from 422 reviews Very good
Most aspects were good, other than l location and evening meal. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.
As already mentioned, the location isn't good as the area is rather rundown. The evening meal was pretty awful
Very clean and comfy, really appreciated a full size bath in the family room. Supplied soaps were fantastic.
Staff were friendly but not very accommodating. Waited some time for food and waitress threw food all over my fiancée's bag, didn't acknowledge it. No room service No ice machine/bucket 'Free' WiFi is only free for 30 minutes...
Staff very friendly and obliging
The staff were really nice and pleasent. Good standards and fairly comfortable. All modern. Ok if you like your bed and pillows firm. There is supposed to be softer pillow options, but they felt as firm too. Central location, close to everthing. Not in a pretty part of town , so no great, romantic veiws. Parking available. There is a conveinient restaurant and bar. Breakfast was great. Lovely large tree on the grounds, hundreds of years old. Wifi free for a short while, then you pay.
Location is great. Just a 5 minute walk to high street. Ample parking Staff great Room spotless Bed is very comfortable Onsite bar and restaurant reasonable prices Would definitely stay again
OK for a budget hotel. Lacks any character, but that's expected from a chain.
Room not ready. Backup room bed not made nor any spare bedding to do it ourselves. Second bed uncomfortable. Lift was delayed by cleaning staff jamming the doors open. Only 1 of 2 lifts worked for most of the stay. Breakfast was pretty appalling. It's cheap, I accept that, but it didn't need to be cold!
The staff were all amazing so polite and helpful couldn't do enough for you. Hotel was lovely and clean and food was amazing.
I had an uncomfortable bed and some very inconsiderate neighbours
The staff were superb, really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Great value for money, especially as wifi was free throughout our visit.
comfortable beds ,friendly staff, walking distance from town centre, great food in the restaurant and bar, highly recommended.
Love the stay staff very good
Good place to stay as a single business traveller and within walking distance of Maidstone Town Centre so could walk to my meeting and leave the car in the hotel car park. Good supper and breakfast.
Breakfast was excellent.
Wifi should be free with the room.
Good location for stop over for tunnel crossing.
The Room, The Bar Area, Free Parking.
Ideal for our stay of one night. A bit of a walk from the town centre if you were there for more than one evening.
Wifi should really be free these days. No excuse to charge for it now.
The helpfulness of the staff They are to be commended
General comfort Value for money Quick service, no nonsense
No gym Some food looked processed rather than freshly made
Clean, modern with friendly staff. This was a very convenient, comfortable hotel for us during a family holiday. Worked as a great base for going into town and visiting friends.
I was surprised there weren't phones in the rooms. Not a huge inconvenience.
The location is very central for shops and restaurants yet very peaceful inside. The staff including cleaning staff were always cheerful and friendly, even though working on a holiday. The food, both dinner and breakfast, was perfectly cooked with a good choice.Very clean, and well decorated and maintained.
Only problem was with communication of special requirements with regards to beds for a disabled person, more attention required when handing over shifts to pass on this important information.
Family friendly and would stay and recommend any day
Rooms Food and Service This is my nearest Premier Inn and such a good one at that Stayed here while the builders when working on our house a real good choice
Staff where really helpful and friendly, the food was lovely and we enjoyed are stay.
The bed wasn't comfiest but we enjoyed our stay as it was only 2 nights.
The day staff were very helpfull and friendly.
The hotel says it has a 24 hour reception so when i went out for the night i decided it was best to leave our room key with reception. On returning to the hotel needing my bed i had to wait 20 mins to get my key as no one was anywhere to be seen and when i questioned night staff about this they were very rude. Wish i was told about this before leaving my key
Lovely comfortable bed Friendly and helpful staff Free parking Good location Nice and clean
No free wifi Temperature of room was a bit difficult to control
