Rooms Food and Service This is my nearest Premier Inn and such a good one at that Stayed here while the builders when working on our house a real good choice
Staff where really helpful and friendly, the food was lovely and we enjoyed are stay.
The bed wasn't comfiest but we enjoyed our stay as it was only 2 nights.
The day staff were very helpfull and friendly.
The hotel says it has a 24 hour reception so when i went out for the night i decided it was best to leave our room key with reception. On returning to the hotel needing my bed i had to wait 20 mins to get my key as no one was anywhere to be seen and when i questioned night staff about this they were very rude. Wish i was told about this before leaving my key
Lovely comfortable bed Friendly and helpful staff Free parking Good location Nice and clean
No free wifi Temperature of room was a bit difficult to control
The staff the room n the location
Tv did not work we had no kettle the short gel was empty n the noisy neighbours we had
Receptionist is a credit to premier and wouldn't be the same without her as always.
Breakfast was a complete let down. Good containers empty and no staff in a rush to replenish. Took the cool 20 mins to poach eggs and giving customers fake smiles whilst doing nothing is not good customer service
Comfortable, clean rooms Friendly staff Handy on-site restaurant
The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable.
The restaurant menu was disappointing and the 'hot' breakfast food unfortunately was cold.
location / clean and tidy /friendly staff / and a good breakfast
sign posting to the car park and getting back on to the road is tricky but would not put me of returning
just a short walk into the town, ample parking, easy to find, the rooms were just fantastic, my wife and I really loved the whole experience, very helpful staff as well, will be going back again for sure.
Everything else - the shower was awesome
No iron in the room
The friendliness and professionalism of the staff were a perfect mix: attitude and service were just what you would like after a hell of a journey. The food in the restaurant was very good, both evening meal and breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean; no nasty surprises in the bathroom; a cockroach in the shower is an everlasting memory of one hotel - not yours I hasten to add. This was our first experience of a Premier Inn and I can honestly say it has most of the things we had at the Hilton near Detling. Well done, look after your staff they do make the stay when you feel you are being looked after.
Can honestly say there was nothing wrong with the hotel. However when we come down again we will try your hotel at Sandling only for the fact that the Park Run starts from the Kent Life Meuseum next door. I hope that the standard there is the same as Maidstone Centre. The sign posting for the car park entrance needs to be more noticeable as it was very difficult to see especially in the dark.
I asked to be moved because of noises from next room and was upgraded straight away.
Noises from room next door
Modern and comfy - great bed - nice room - near centre
TV had loose connection so kept switching itself off!
Clean comfortable and convenient to our destination. Food in the restaurant was good, all in all good value.
Entrance to hotel parking not the best.
The peace and quiet
Cleanliness Helpful Staff Position of the Premier Inn Good breakfast
the staff was very helpfull
the room next to ours was not numbered so assumed it was staff quaters they made noises on both nights at aprox 02:30 ie banging doors and shouting
I loved the Premier Inns new booking system! Looks like a giant Games console, very simple to use, just keyed our name& details onto the screen, clicked YES for breakfast & WiFi & out popped receipts & room key cards (smart cards) your The beds were Comfy & there were plenty of pillows which is unusual, I usually have to request extra ones from reception & they're not always available. Had a really nice buffet breakfast in the hotel itself instead of having to cross a carpark to an adjoining restaurant which is the usual for Premier Inns. A very enjoyable stay & have already recommended it to friends visiting Maidstone
We attempted to go around Maidstone town centre via M20 & A229 to reach the hotel but a bus had broken down on the ring road somewhere forcing traffic to crawl bumper to bumper through the town centre, a journey of a few minutes took us over an hour. Maidstone's traffic problems don't get any easier
Helpfull staff with calling a taxi and obtaining a bucket with ice upon request.
Only 30 minutes free WiFi.
Good facilities Clean room Not charged for poor meal
Poor restaurant experience - waited for table because of lack of kitchen staff and was passed over by later diners. Poor food - steak (requested med/rare) was served as overdone. Requested a replacement to be told they had run out so had to accept replacement. Breakfast was lukewarm at best but hadn't the heart to complain any more. Uncomfortable bed - rock hard mattress.
Decent food in restaurant, clean.
Expensive, lumpy bed.
Plenty parking spaces. Walking distance to shops. Good dining. Helpful Staff.
Not enough storage for clothes. Only a small hanging rail. No drawers. Would have preferred a window that opened even a small amount for fresh air.
