Couldn't believe the size of the bed, booked a king size this must have been super king, the inn was very clean and comfortable. The pub next door was lovely as well.
Staff / service faultless. Good food. Best full breakfast for value quality and quantity I have ever had.
Having to pay fro wifi.
I stayed one night with my mother and granddaughter, the rooms were very comfortable and roomy, very comfy bed. ate in The Wateringbury next door, very friendly staff and good food.
Nothing really, looks a bit old and tired outside and in reception area but rooms, and staff great.
The facilities were all very good, the food in the adjoining Waterbury Inn was excellent, the hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. All the staff I had contact with were friendly, professional and helpful.
Very clean and modern room, staff helpfull and the inn for eating was very good too
The staff were outstanding ,especially the lady at reception when we arrived on Friday who helped arrange a bed for our two year old granddaughter to stay with us.
Nothing not to like everything was perfect
This was our second stay at this hotel the rooms and bed were excellent the staff in the restaurant couldn't have been more pleasant nothing was to much trouble, overall a pleasant stay
Very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, nice breakfast.
Fire alarm went off at 3.00am, not in itself an issue but a very poor fire alarm procedure. hotel not evacuated properly, no head count/ instruction/information. good job it was a false alarm.
Helpful staff; pleasant restaurant; clean and quiet.
Family room is a bit cramped for four.
The room was excellent, very clean, tidy with a most comfortable bed. Location of the restaurant next door. We were visitng family in the area and location was convenient.
A rather rank smell in the corridor,
clean and modern beds comfortable nice size rooms food next door quiet location
A very comfortable spotlessly clean en-suite room, and very friendly staff.
Having to pay extra for WiFi.
Very clean and comfy, looked newly refurbished. 24hr checkin as arrived late
The fire alarm going off at 3am, the single bed was not made up, the waitress in the restaurant/pub was not very welcoming
Clean and tidy
The extractor in the bathroom did not work, the soap dispenser was empty, the room was stuffy and poorly ventilated and the bed uncomfortable hence a poor sleep quality
Rooms upgraded and definitely an improvement on the current rooms at other locations
Lack of Air Conditioning!! Serious oversight.
Comfy bed Decent bathroom Good breakfast Good value for money overall
Couldn't work out the air conditioning unit to change the temperature. The corridors and stair well leading to the room smelt musty like they had been cleaned with dirty water! (the room was fine though)
Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was superb!
The room was very well-appointed with a mirror and shelf above an electric socket and hairdryer which meant that for once you could actually see what you were doing when styling your hair. The bed was very comfortable and the ensuite very smart.
It would be good if the vegetarian food had more choice that didn't include mushrooms as I, and also many other vegetarians, are allergic to them or don't like them. Most vegetarians also don't like food that looks like meat eg burgers! Having said that, the beetroot and butternut squash salad was very good - I had this twice!
everything was very good on my one nights stay. The room i stayed in was very clean, which was very important to me.
Beds and Pillows
Having to wait 15 mins for someone to come and book us in
Location was ok. plenty of parking. Pub / bar adjoining.
No mention that there is NO mobile phone reception in the hotel& pub and therefore required to purchase Premier Inn Wifi at extra cost. No good for business travellers / users. Noisy guests in the room above. Overpriced for what it was.
Location Room Staff very helpful
Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Even though they were over booked they went out of their way to accommodate us.
