Room was a good size, staff was polite and very helpful, bed was comfortable. We would love to stay there again. Very cold, turned up the radiator to full but the room was still cold, had to ask for an extra blanket.

The enormeous, luxurious bed ensured a good night's sleep. Nice extras are the bath and the heated floor in the bathroom. Largeflat screen tv and good reading lights next to the bed round off a great room. The (very) noisy extraction fan in the bathroom that you can't switch off seperately from the lights.

Reception staff welcoming and helpful at all hours of the day. Rooms were clean well maintained, all electrics were in good working order. The room was warm when necessary. The surrounding area was quiet allowing for a restful nights sleep. The shower was temperamental and not the most forceful. Although the bathroom was clean areas were tired and in need of updating. The attached pub for breakfast was not the best service or quality. The duty manager in the pub at breakfast was missing, our food order was incorrect and the coffee was cold, On the Sunday morning we had to endure breakfast whilst listening to a vacuum cleaner and watching the staff clean up from the night before, we felt we were in his way even though we were at a table which had been set for breakfast. (we went down for breakfast at approximately 8:30)

It was really here better than some other of your inn`s. Outside the front door of hotel is a Alloy man hole cover corner sticking up over 30mm and very bad trip hazzard, Told lady on desk about it and was told a lorry the day before had done it. I said there needs to be a cone of hazzard taped off. Next morning nothing was done. Shame when everything else was so good.

My room was warm and comfatable. There was little or no noise and no light pollution when it was time to sleep I was generally very pleased with the room. My only disapointment was the lack of WIFI connection. Having this fascility was one of the main reasons for my choice of accommodation. I was on a business trip and being able to use email and connect to the Internet was essential. I paid for additional cover and expected to get it. This was not to be, and when I reported the problem the receptionist said she would re-boot the the server. There was no difference and I could not conduct my business. On leaving the next morning I mentioned the problem to the receptionist and although I got an apology, I was not offered a refund. The additional cost was £3.00, not a lot to pay and not something I am now trying to recover. I do however think the problem should be solved before less tolerant people have the same problem.

Breakfast (at the Chef & Brewer next door) was excellent, although the evening meals were disappointing. And it was the only eatery in the village. I was put into a room which had a very strong 'drains smell', which I found later was known to the staff, so using that room was unacceptable, and also unecessary as the place was not full anyway. I moved to another room without any fuss. The light source in the room is insufficient to carry out any work with the laptop, or even do some reading comfortably. Premier Inns have little character anyway, so it was all a bit disappointing really.

Perfectly designed to maximize comfort at a reasonable cost. Great bed, hot shower, comfortable layout for two people . Superb Chef and Brewer Pub attached! Great people in Inn and Pub. Four retirees from Mississippi were cold, so small heaters were provided. Also needed help to check hourly details of each day's weather. Needed help with driving directions. Even needed help with special dietary restrictions. Chefs and wait staff were very kind and helpful in this at the Chef and Brewer Pub. Completely wonderful experience. Seemed like a very convenient location for tourists seeing a lot of Kent.

the receptionist was very friendly. the beds were lovely and comfortable and the breakfast (particularly cooked) was extremely good value. The family room looked a bit 'made-up' with 2 additional pull-out beds added.

We were a family of four looking for a convient overnight before taking the channell tunnel the folloeing day and it suited this purpose perfectly. We also took in Leeds castle as it was so close. The staff were friendly and helpful and rooms clean and comfortable. The shower in our room wasn't wroking properly so they gave us the use of another room for showers and our money back the nexr morning for the inconvience. But the staff were genuinely apologeic for the inconvience. Older building, no lifts.

Very poor Internet speeds. The router was pushing out the signal but the speed was dire. Total waste of £3, good job you brought the prices down. Went into restaurant and the cloud wifi worked perfectly. The restaurant provided an excellent meal . You do not ask about food in your survey. I refuse to pay for your expensive breakfast why not bring the price down serve a sensible breakfast and maybe you would sell more
