I was in room 118 which is right above the entrance. It was saturday night and there were people outside smoking and beeing loud all night long. I had to wake up at 05.00 and I did not get a good sleep. The noise from outside was terribly loud and not very sound proof. I was exhausted on my trip the next day. I probably would have slept better on the airport
Our printer @ home had crashed and burned. Staff went extra mile to help us print Boarding passes and other tickets. One of the girls stayed on well past the end of her shift to help. Beds really are as good as the TV ad claims!
It was very clean and welcome we had a good time
Great location from airport. Lovely and clean rooms and a great sleep.
Staff looking at us with a right face on when we walked in with young children. It was as if they didnt allow children.
Everything else was fine.
The cold room- very unwelcoming.
Short taxi ride to airport, friendly welcome, comfortable bed. Reasonable nights stay for a pre flight.
Restaurant was nicely decorated, but in all other respects was pretty awful. complicated menu full of stuff your face deals, very few veggie options. Food burnt.
It was very effective.
A bit far from the airport. You need a taxi.
Location and taxi transfer
. Had a high up room but the noise from the smokers standing outside the front door went on well into the night ,move the smoking area .Tables in bar area were dirty and not cleared from previous customers ,.very slow service in dining room and spilt food on the floor around the table was not very appealing
My bathroom smelt a bit.
The room fitted my needs with a lower bed height, hand rails in the bathroom, and wider bathroom access door. It was super comfortable & we had a wonderful nights sleep. The restaurant meal was lovely & the staff very helpful.
I would have liked either a bath mat or rubber treads in the bath as it was slippery getting out & my stability wasn't good. I almost slipped & it was only the hand rails that saved me.
Very clean rooms - also very modern Choice of pillows Good shower Good shuttle service to airport £3 pp
Nothing - it was all good - better than I expected
Location excellent, Staff top notch and helpful.Would certainly stay again.
Value for money. Very clean I would recamend premier inns to every one
close to airport.
We were impressed by the facilities available and the friendly staff who made our stay very comfortable. As a mother of two small children I felt very safe with the security door entry system only activated by a key card. The price of the room was great value for money and included lots of home comforts such as extra pillows and tea and coffee. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning the next time we are in Manchester.
My stay at this premier inn was made such a pleasure by the staff ! The staff were so helpful and couldn't have done enough. Both ladies on reception were kind, chatty and willing to help, no matter what the question was. Overall I had a great stay the rooms were tidy and the beds were extremely comfortable !
Large comfy beds, same standard as at all Premier Inns. Additional beds for kids also comfy.
Wifi free only for 30 mins.
the room ceanliness the comfortable bed friendly staff
having to pay extra to park my car no wake up call
The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The rooms were very quiet, they must be well sound proofed, as it was quiet all night. It is very close to the airport but couldn't hear aircraft or guests leaving during the night. Good, self regulating , air conditioning. Lots of hot water and a good shower.
My booking was not registered as booked on internet, causing a delay checking in.
Arrived at 4am after a long flight and was very happy with the staff and room.
Proximity to airport Price Cleanliness Good breakfast Helpful and friendly staff I was offered a free night because we were woken up in the middle of the night by the noise in the room next to ours. I declined because I didn't really feel like it was the hotel's fault (people get up at all different times of the night to catch flights). In hindsight, I should have accepted, because that is their policy "a good night's sleep or it's free". I just didn't feel comfortable accepting it...
Thin walls between the rooms Small rooms Rock hard child bed (actually not a bed at all, just the box spring with a blanket on top)
