General standards for Premier Inns got a family room only 1 bath & 1 hand towe; in a family room ???? This is the second time this has happened This hotel is known as P Inn Manchester airport NORTH

Self check in was great as I really was not in the mood to deal with anyone in person I just wanted to get my keys so we can go up stairs and have a good night sleep, which we had. Almost nothing as it was a very nice premier inn and one of the best I visited.

Good value business hotel for the lower end of the budget spectrum, and certainly a place I would happily stay again if doing a brief visit to Manchester. No hanging space for trousers/suit, which was a bit silly for a hotel that obviously is aimed at least in part at the business traveller. My first Premier Inn experience, and it was certainly fine for the one night I stayed although I can also see it being a good place for families for a few days. Pretty good breakfast and reasonably handy to the airport, with easy access to/from the motorway.

comfy and clean rooms i booked a quad room as i was travelling with 2friends and i specified that in the booking , asked to be contacted if that was a problem but i didn t get a reply. When i.got there the lady at check in forced us to.book.a second room.eventhough we had 3 beds in.the room.and charged us the current rate. I know u can t compromise on safety but i didn t understand why we had to pay a lot more when we could have stayed in a quad room that is supposed to sleep four people in total: 2adults and 2children If i had known that i would have stayed somewhere else that would have been cheaper.

It was convenient for the airport. We appreciated having a kettle, tea, coffee, milk, sugar in the room. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to find a hairdryer in the room. The banisters wobbled and need tightening. Shame there isn't a free shuttle service to the airport. Also wish the Costa coffee shop was open during the evening.

staff were great except a manager, she was a bit off at first with an issue I had re credit card issue. she did silve the problem, but it was stressful so that I did not like or need issue with credit card and pins. beds were terrible to sleep on.

Rooms very comfy and clean close to airport baked potato burnt and lettuce had been heated in the microwave. The bar staff who presented it was embarresed and offered a free drink as good will gesture

Staff friendly and helpful There are two sites - North and South please define this on your site and when you confirm the booking Payment for parking!! I went over to South hotel and the lounge furniture was worn out!!
