My stay at this premier inn was made such a pleasure by the staff ! The staff were so helpful and couldn't have done enough. Both ladies on reception were kind, chatty and willing to help, no matter what the question was. Overall I had a great stay the rooms were tidy and the beds were extremely comfortable !
Large comfy beds, same standard as at all Premier Inns. Additional beds for kids also comfy.
Wifi free only for 30 mins.
the room ceanliness the comfortable bed friendly staff
having to pay extra to park my car no wake up call
The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The rooms were very quiet, they must be well sound proofed, as it was quiet all night. It is very close to the airport but couldn't hear aircraft or guests leaving during the night. Good, self regulating , air conditioning. Lots of hot water and a good shower.
My booking was not registered as booked on internet, causing a delay checking in.
Arrived at 4am after a long flight and was very happy with the staff and room.
Proximity to airport Price Cleanliness Good breakfast Helpful and friendly staff I was offered a free night because we were woken up in the middle of the night by the noise in the room next to ours. I declined because I didn't really feel like it was the hotel's fault (people get up at all different times of the night to catch flights). In hindsight, I should have accepted, because that is their policy "a good night's sleep or it's free". I just didn't feel comfortable accepting it...
Thin walls between the rooms Small rooms Rock hard child bed (actually not a bed at all, just the box spring with a blanket on top)
Ideal for the airport Quiet rooms Very comfortable beds
On site bar and restaurant were relaxed and friendly. Food quality good and reasonably priced. All staff that we encountered were helpful and friendly. Room had a two seperate single beds for our two older children. Easy drive to terminal 2. Noise levels from other rooms was minimal. Easy check in via a self service machine was quick and staff were on hand to help if needed.
The location was extremely useful
The food was poor and took nearly 2 hours for a main meal only. Would not eat here again
Very clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Beds are really comfortable Plenty of space in the room Good value breakfast Nice and quiet Late checkout and breakfast on a Saturday
The fact that when I wanted to book an extra night on return from our holiday it was much more expensive when I enquired at the time of booking in, we declined and drove home. A pity as it would have been a nice end to the holiday and whilst I can appreciate profit margins etc. I would like to think customer relations also matter. Regards Maureen Lynas
We were out right opposite the staff service room so there was constant banging of the door in the morning. We had only checked in at 4:30 am so would have appreciated not being woken up at 7am.
Proximity to airport 5 mins. drive!
Have stayed here before and it was perfect for a comfortable night before flying. Food and bar is always good and staff very helpful.
Although we had booked months ago it was a while before they could find a room and we ended up with a disabled room....not a big problem but worth mentioning.
Friendly, speedy and helpful staff at reception desk (met three different persons). The hotel was quiet at night despite the busy area. We had a rental car to drop off early in the morning before leaving on an early flight, so the closeness to the car rental village was excellent.
Nothing really that I didn't like :)
Parking is extra
the staff is always available
the price is to high considering only for one night
The bartender was flustered and rude.
The service, cleanliness, and overall it was good value.
It was not easy to identify North or South buildings easily
The noise, was a stag night so had no sleep also kept children awake.
My only comment is that people should be told which of the two buildings they will be staying in, to avoid dragging luggage through the parking lot after the taxi leaves!
