I had a interview for Cabin Crew, So I needed to get a hotel near the airport, The hotel was great for that. It was minutes away from the airport.
When entering the hotel, I was greeted by a lovely woman, she checked me in, booked a taxi for me in the morning.
She was extremely helpful throughout the stay, There was also another lady who went out of her way to get me an iron, which I needed badly.
I was just made up with the service given to me and they really deserve a pat on the back. Their a great asset to the hotel.
I also thought the hotel was fantastic with the hygiene, the rooms were lovely.
The room was comfy, and I had a great night sleep.
There are a few minor issues, however working in a hotel myself I understand the hotel may not be able to fix them.
The WIFI did have maintenance, so I did get the WIFI for free, Its always nice to go to a hotel and get WIFI with your stay due to paying for everything else.
The room was quite chilly, however the woman down stairs did give me an extra key so I could keep the heating on when leaving the room.
I would of loved to have plugs at side of the bed, it would of made it a lot easier.
I did book my Taxi for 7:15AM, However I received a call to my room just before 7 saying my Taxi was here, and I did explain to the lady that the other woman did book it at 7:15 and I was there to witness it. She then said I would have to wait till 7:30 for the next one. Which was a tiny bit frustrating due to it being an important interview.
However when I went down to reception I would like to add, the lady did get me a taxi to the hotel within 5 Minutes. :D
