Clean, friendly Hotel which was perfect for an overnight stop. Just remember to add the cost of car parking and breakfast to the cost of the room
Staff were friendly, close to airport
Aircon rattled and had to be turned off resulting in room getting cold. Woken early morning by other guests repeatedly slamming doors. Hotel in need of a refurb
Easy access to terminals! Rooms adequately equipped. Reasonable choice of menu! Staff friendly & helpful.
The room 201 was very cold on arrival until I reported it(an hour later) . It improved but was not as warm throughout & shower room was on the cold side! (Not helpful to me as a Parkinsons sufferer.)
Clean and tidy with pleasant staff happy to help at a reasonable price. Within minutes travel to airport check-in. Will certanly visit again.
Paying for parking is criminal, there is no justification ,if somebody is using your facility then it should be free...it is the rest of the world ...greed greed your bossess wouldnt pay why the hell should we have to /////
Easy to find, friendly efficient registration. Nice large clean comfortable room.
The quality of the evening meal was excelent
1) I booked with Hotels combined, upon arrival the receptionist advised there was a problem and no reservation had been made, I did print off confirmation. However did not have the details with me. 2) I reserved a table in the resteraunt for 8.45. which was the time I sat down, I was very dissapointed as the meal didn't arrive for an hour and a half later. following a complaint to the waiter. The reason for my stay was my partner had had a routine opperation during our stay in Manchester. We thought the premier would be the perfect place to recouperate prior to the journey back to Hull.
the excellent customer service all over the Hotel and ensures absolute maximum comfort
The fact there was no receptionist, no one to greet you with a welcoming smile, and answer any queiry.
food was good staff frendily
did not give early morning call
Very clean and friendly.
Asked for coffee from bar at 22.40 and was told bar was closing and couldn't have one.
Hi we were put into a disabled room, my husband and myself are over 6ft tall our feet were hanging over the edge of the bed its not good enough we spend a lot of money with yourselves.
I had a interview for Cabin Crew, So I needed to get a hotel near the airport, The hotel was great for that. It was minutes away from the airport. When entering the hotel, I was greeted by a lovely woman, she checked me in, booked a taxi for me in the morning. She was extremely helpful throughout the stay, There was also another lady who went out of her way to get me an iron, which I needed badly. I was just made up with the service given to me and they really deserve a pat on the back. Their a great asset to the hotel. I also thought the hotel was fantastic with the hygiene, the rooms were lovely. The room was comfy, and I had a great night sleep.
There are a few minor issues, however working in a hotel myself I understand the hotel may not be able to fix them. The WIFI did have maintenance, so I did get the WIFI for free, Its always nice to go to a hotel and get WIFI with your stay due to paying for everything else. The room was quite chilly, however the woman down stairs did give me an extra key so I could keep the heating on when leaving the room. I would of loved to have plugs at side of the bed, it would of made it a lot easier. I did book my Taxi for 7:15AM, However I received a call to my room just before 7 saying my Taxi was here, and I did explain to the lady that the other woman did book it at 7:15 and I was there to witness it. She then said I would have to wait till 7:30 for the next one. Which was a tiny bit frustrating due to it being an important interview. However when I went down to reception I would like to add, the lady did get me a taxi to the hotel within 5 Minutes. :D Please don't see these as faults,
Clean, friendly, good location for airport
After checking with reception that check out was 12 and after dropping my daughter off at the airport at 5 went to bed at 5.30 for some sleep before driving two hours to work. For some reason housekeeping decided to knock on my door at 8.10am. Wasn't happy
Very quiet and very comfortable
Kept losing wifi signal which drove kids mad!
Wifi didn't work and they said they couldn't find my booking so I had to pay twice.
Food was good
I was disappointed that we had to pay £5 to park our car overnight when staying at the hotel
Restaurant bit slow. I was order that they say sorry haven't it. I am gutted this. I suggest choice salmon with rice. But salmon is cold. No right cook heat up. It is okay total.
Decor Beds Bath/shower
The Asian Chinese breakfast staff was very rude she needs to adapt a polite way of talking, she embarrassed me in Front of the guests when telling me that one adult had to pay..not that I was refusing ., couldn't enjoy my breakfast felt very humiliated!!! I booked a quad room and there was only space for three to sleep and when requested to the reception nothing was available for the fourth person to sleep on.... Very poor service!! Would like a compensation !!!!
Comfortable Bed No need to check out until late morning
Electricity failure with no emergency generator - off for over 2 hrs spoiling evenings TV viewing - went to bed early and then woken up by lights coming back on
The bed was good and that's about all
Staff not very helpfull or friendly ,food quite expensive ,costa never seemed open when I wanted to eat there ,£3.00 for the shuttle bus to the airport and we had a power cut just at the hotel for over 3 hours which was handled very badly .
Clean bathroom & toilets. Heating. Expandable bed.
I booked 2 adults & a child, but got breakfast for 1 adult (had to pay extra). Breakfast wasn't amazing. I felt I paid more than what I got, but otherwise no complaints.
Comfy quiet room. A great sleep. Good breakfast. Staff very helpful.
Only one towel in double room Dirty carpet Toilet not really clean
