every thing was great from the staff to the hotel just great

No frills value for money

Only two tea bags

It was convenient for the airport. We appreciated having a kettle, tea, coffee, milk, sugar in the room. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to find a hairdryer in the room.

The banisters wobbled and need tightening. Shame there isn't a free shuttle service to the airport. Also wish the Costa coffee shop was open during the evening.

staff were great except a manager, she was a bit off at first with an issue I had re credit card issue. she did silve the problem, but it was stressful so that I did not like or need

issue with credit card and pins. beds were terrible to sleep on.

Everything was as expected, comfortable, clean, good food, quiet, and everything in the room worked.

Rooms very comfy and clean close to airport

baked potato burnt and lettuce had been heated in the microwave. The bar staff who presented it was embarresed and offered a free drink as good will gesture

There are two sites - North and South please define this on your site and when you confirm the booking Payment for parking!! I went over to South hotel and the lounge furniture was worn out!!

Going down the M56 to the West when I wanted to go East

As always: clean, comfortable, secure, warm Your company always gets it right, my first choice. Holiday Inn are also good. Travel lodge are always terrible, dirty, run down and with surly staff. Keep it up!

Sat nav took me to wrong location based on postcode.

We booked a table at restaurant....then had to wait around for 1 and a half hours beyond booked time for table to become available. The food was cold when it came.

Staff were welcoming and friendly ,please ensure that they are told how good they are .

The service at the bar was good but the food ordered did take almost 45 min which seems a bit extreme for a cheese board.

This is a typical Premier Inn hotel; it has everything that every other Premier Inn has to offer. Staff were very polite and friendly.

Restaurant is a bit expensive, and for some reason, the hotel does not provide room service. Guests have to collect any food ordered from the restaurant and take it up to the room themselves. Odd. Also had to pay extra for the parking.
