Staff friendly and helpful.

Our room was very spacious Staff were very helpful

Location good for business in Altrincham. Pub attached does reasonably nice food.

Don't like paying £80 for a room then being charged extra £3 to use broadband for more than half an hour. Should be free in this day n age. Noisy outside the room, awake until 1.30am. In fairness the receptionist went out to speak to them.

the staff were very professional,friendly nothing was too much trouble. good facilities very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. : )

one of the bedside lights was coming off the wall.would have liked a few toiletries in bathroom shower cap, soap etc and more tea bags, there was only two in the room.

The staff were excellent from the reception to the breakfast. Could not have been more helpfull & pleasant. Bed was massive width ways although i thought it was a bit shorter than a standard bed in length? We will certainly go back based on the friendly staff alone.

Squeaky floors in room. Traffic noise from the nearby road was louder than expected.

Bad hotel signage, especially at night. Hotel is behind large pub and cannot easily be seen from road.

No remote for television in room

very very friendly staff. makes a huge difference to how you feel. Attached to a lovely pub called the george and dragon

towels were a bit old and thin. also in a diasbled access room which didn't feel as cosy

Quite a noisy main road - to be expected for Manchester - no fault of the hotel.

The bed was too big for the room, two singles pushed together rather than just a double. The room was not serviced on one of days. There was always a long wait to be served at the bar. Generally the decor in the hotel section was slightly tired.

friendly staff good breakfast which is well paid for. attached to the pub. enjoyed evening meal.

did not have any hot water in the shower and apparently it happened to a few of us and told it had been sorted. receptionist apologised and told us that the manager would contact us but did not,if you say you are doing it then do it.

A decent hotel for the price offered.

Having stayed at 3 different Premier Inns during the same trip, I found that the staff and room were not quite as good as at the Altrincham location as in the other two (Warrington North East and Folkestone Channel Tunnel)

its clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was beyond our expectations, very good.

Short trip to Old Trafford for the match without having to drive

Too far from MetroLink

Carpets need changed on the stairs and the entrance needs reviewed for signs. It seems that you are going in the back door of a pub and will be a negative experience for non business travellers.

Rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Comfort and location, clean rooms, friendly staff

we had a lovely overnight stay here before our holiday so this hotel was in a ideal location for the airport. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant as well. We would definately book here again before we go on holiday.

Friendly staff sorted a small problem and made us very welcome.

the floor was a little creaky and the traffic noise might have been a problem if we weren't so tired.

Friendly and helpful staff, cheery reception and restaurant which helped make a business trip more pleasant. Room nicer than some and good value. Would stay again.

We complained about late night noise (through window from bar below) which resulted in an immediate refund by the receptionist. True to Premier Inn advert
