The shuttle bus service was excellent and the staff and service were the best I have witnessed out of all the premiere inns and we have been to best western and travel lodge before. We will definately come back again and recommnd to others. The smell in the corridor - I think it was someones hygiene issue! |

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the minute we walked through the door. The room was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had great variety and the bar was very relaxing. The hotel location was ideal, bus stop right outside and tram within couple of minutes walking - also within walking distance of Manchester centre. We will definitely stay here again as we found our stay very pleasant and affordable. |

I was really impressed by all the staff, they were very helpful and polite. The free bus to and from the city is also very useful The price for the use of the lobby internet was crazy. The fact that the bar did not start to serve food until 11pm. |

The staff were friendly, helpful and keen to help. The double bed was huge. It was 5-10 minutes walk from GMEX & Bridgewater Hall, and rail stations. |

hotel staff were very friendly and helpiful, rooms werevery clean and comfortable but family room was not suitable if you are a light sleeper. Ihad booked the family room but my husband was unable to travel due to illness on the first night my daughter and I stayed in room 223 and did not get any sleep due to traffic noise I asked reception the following morning to move us which they did with no problem. |

Very easy to find and a good size car park that was safe and offers easy access to the hotel. Reasonably central to the City Centre, and just a short cab ride if you cannot be bothered to walk! The staff were friendly and helpful and although I was surprised at the number of revellers on friday night, we were not disturbed at all. Very clean, everything we needed - I will return if I come back to Manchester! It was incredibly warm during our stay, not helped by the heating that was on and the milder weather. A difficult balance but it did disrupt our nights sleep. Other than that all good, I would return! |

I liked the check in - reception staff, however the bar/costa coffee shop staff couldn't provide us with our drinks and took along time and in the end a lovely gentleman from reception help us with our drinks |

Opposite the Manchester Central conference centre (formerly known as the G-MEX), this modern hotel offers great value, with comfortable, air-conditioned rooms and an on-site gym. |
Next to Piccadilly Gardens in Central Manchester, this hotel has free Wi-Fi and 2 restaurants. There is a health club with swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and gym. |
