I liked about it when we had nice food and drinks in the bar and restaurant. And the bedrooms was nice and cosy and quite to sleep on it as well.
I didn't like when there is to much noise from all the people who was getting drunk by saying a lot of bad language from outside of the hotel when I was fast a sleep at those 2 nights. And also I don't like it when there was to much beeping from all the cars from outside of the hotel.
Nice size room Great staff
Only 30 mins free WiFi!
The food and location was good, reception staff apart from the one and the restaurant staff were all helpful and welcoming, don't know that I would stay there again though.
Sorry but I don't find these beds comfortable they are too firm for me, and in this case there was a problem with the heating system which meant it was odd all night, pretty chilly in November. I did complain and got my money back as the guarantee suggests which is good but I wouldn't have done if another member of staff hadn't made sure it was their problem, the other person on the desk was not receptive to giving the money back. Also T really struggled to find it and there isn't a good sign on the hotel that could be seen or directed to from the nearby very busy roundabout, so that wasn't great.
Just like when you don't even feel that you are far away from home, only when you leave the hotel for town. As it should be
Couldn't try the burgers!
Location Good service Very well kept
It's a bit expensive for a basic hotel. Price of food in the restaurant is well over priced
Kind staff, clean room
a bit expensive for its location. (convenient only for car users)
Restaurant staff in particular took time to speak with our daughter - kind, warm and professional
Comfortable bed. Noise level 50/50 because of viaduct. Parking good.
Bit basic for an £80+ room?
Excellent receptionist best I ve experienced in 25 years goin to manchester
First person we met at hotel was total company trained to make us wait till 2 to check in rooms were only ok

Great location, close to the city
Car park expensive
location - not too far from everything we wanted to see yet not bang in the city centre, was quiet at night! staff - friendly staff, couldn't have been more helpful breakfast - yum! vending machines - (i love ben&jerrys)
Nice clean room staff very friendly helpful but not intrusive lovely stay x
Easy walking distance to centre of Manchester. Excellent parking facilities. Friendly, helpful staff.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location of place was near to places for us to visit etc
The bed wasnt comfortable for me and I found it noisy didn't sleep need ear plugs to be able to sleep.
Local to aquatic centre and good free parking , large family room
Breakfast was served too late as we needed to be at the pool for competition at 7am it would have been good if we could have been offered a light breakfast option early such as toast and cerial
The staff were brilliant & very concerned with our comfort. Very useful to have a free car park with a hotel in Manchester. The person above us was very noisy at 2.35. a.m. & someone outside our room talking loudly at 2.55.a.m. When asked how we slept the next morning we mentioned the disturbance, even though it was not the hotel's fault. We were immediately offered a change of room for the next night, but when we heard that guest was checking out we chose to stay in the same room. We were then offered money back for that night. The following night was very quiet. Brilliant service. Thanks!
Some other guests.
Bar and restaurant and free car park
Room was excellent very comfortable.Staff apart from one in the restaurent area were very helpful and friendly.
Location was a little out of the way.Food was very good if a little pricey as were the drinks at the bar. Also no Baileys available for night cap drink.
Have been using this premier inn for a few years now and have always been pleased with it, great food, excellent location cannot fault it, will be using it again for a small break over Christmas.
I only stayed the one night at the Premier Inn but it was brilliant. Although check in time was 2pm the receptionist was very helpful in checking me into a room prior to this after arriving at midday. The location was superb as it was easy to get to driving into Manchester and also within a short walk of the city centre. I would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel.
Check in was fast and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. In fact, all the staff at this hotel were very pleasant, cheerful, and helpful with a special mention for the dining room ladies who coped with a lot of people all wanting breakfast. We only ate breakfast there and the choice of cereals, fruits, breads, pastries was excellent, as was the choice of hot food which was plentiful. The hotel is very convenient for the town centre which is within reasonable walking distance and there is a free shuttle bus service just across the road. Our room was very clean when we arrived and was well serviced.
We had requested a quiet room and were given a good sized room at the end of a first floor passageway, overlooking the car park. (Room 142) I found it very noisy from the traffic, especially from the nearby flyover. Subsequently, two members of staff told me that in their opinion the quietest rooms were those in the front of the building, facing a road, but traffic noise was much reduced owing to triple glazing which the "car park" rooms do not yet have. My observations were passed to the manager. I slept better the second night and we would certainly book here again, if we visit Manchester in the future.
The breakfast was lovely especially the poached eggs which were cooked to perfection - also the meal deal was a fantastic surprise - prawn cocktail, steak, white wine spritzer and a full English for £22.99 what a bargain!!!
Location, friendly staff, good food
on-site free parking Good night's sleep Large room
initially thought it was a bad location but actually it was only a 5 minute walk to Deansgate/City Centre. The room was super clean but the bar was a little slow at clearing empty glasses from empty tables.
