Quite, away from elevators
Bed not great, a bit lumpy Limited tv channels
Meal deal was good value
Location, Car Park, WiFi, Resturant.
Location, staff, cleanliness, quiet rooms
limited parking, paying for wifi, parking soon to be charged for. A premier inn is a premier inn, all in all stayed in far better for less!
Ideal location for city centre and easy to find.
There was quite a lot of road noise from the bypass which woke us a little earlier than we wanted but it would not put us off staying again.
The staff at this hotel were all extremely helpful nothing was too much for them. The location was great, 15 mins to city centre, 20 mins to Arena and Piccadilly Station. Very comfortable room, very clean and also very quiet. We requested a quiet room and the hotel were very kind in accepting our request. Well done!!
Comfortable bed and easy access to city centre. Friendly staff in reception and restaurant.
Noisy neighbour above us at 2 am.on Saturday.Noise subsided eventually but no record of the incident kept by hotel despite my call to reception. However, hotel did compensate me for disturbed night.
I was pleased to see a kettle and tea and coffee available in the room. The bed was very big and comfortable.
There was some mould around the window of our room and the pillows were too hard and too soft but together they were too high which meant I woke with a sore neck.
Easy walk into the city
Pillows too flat
Very clean , staff was friendly & helpful would be up for returning there again
Lovely friendly staff. Paid for wifi didn't connect so I couldn't get on it
The location was good only 10 mins walk to deans gate shops/bars etc. Size and comfort of bed. For the slight dealings we had with staff they were pleasant enough.
The wifi is rubbish, we didn't pay the £5 for premium wifi as we thought the normal one would be ok but it wasn't it was slow and kept stopping. I feel u shouldn't have to pay extra for wifi considering you pay for ur room rate. Can't rate the breakfast as we didn't have any. U need to pay £9 pp for that. It's a small thing but there was no plug sockets at your bedside. The rooms have a window then another window to try and block out the road noise but that didn't really work as on the Friday night sat morning I heard buses and lorrys going by and it woke me up really early so not good.the rooms are supposed to be soundproof but we also heard next door banging about and talking.
Nice, friendly staff
Didn't sleep well on the Saylturday night due to noise
Comfortable lounge/bar. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful.
The fan heater wasn't very quiet.
The bar and surroundings were nice and the food was fine.
Before I booked I was assured that the wifi was good. But nothing could be further from the truth even when upgraded to wifi ultimate. Very disappointing especially when I was assured it would be fine because my eleven and nine year olds had their I Pods and couldn't play their apps!
Nothing to dislike about this hotel
The staff very extremely friendly and helpful
The room did get cold as the heater would turn off
staff rude, kept awake all night by noisy people above us walking or jumping across the floor. Phoned reception said they couldn't really help. Food in restaurant was very poor but expensive
breakfast was canny staff very nice reception nice n polite helpful
room had cobwebs hanging from ceiling in a few places the handle was loose on window in bedroom
Even when you can find another premier inn just in centre of the city, this is just 15 minutes walking to the important things like picadelly gardens and the mall.
I don't have nothing bad to say.
Everything was good
1. Should have room service. 2.last day when I went for breakfast demanded I pay for breakfast 1st in a rude manner .3.there was no heating system there was a/c doing a job of heater.
Lovely staff always happy to help :)
We were initially put in a room with the noisy ventilation shaft from the kitchen immediately outside our window so we moved to another room which was quiet, but they forgot to come and clean the room/ do the beds etc!
