Only stayed for one night while Peter Kay was on at the men arena. Therefore didn't really spend much time at hotel. It was ideal for the men and shopping.

The location is brilliant & our room was very nice. What a shame you have to charge £5 an hour for wifi, thats the biggest rip off ever & would certainly stop us from returning !!!

The location is great. A short walk to good resaurants, bars and entertainment. Very close to major shopping. The rooms were 'tired' and in need of a makeover, the breakfasts could be well described as 'greasy' and the size of bar is hopelessly inadequate for a hotel catering for this amount of guests.

Location The things that I would improve are the pillows there was no comfort at all in them, The second thing that was loosing you money bar under staffed people walking out tired of waiting to get served after watching a show. I would recommend it if I did not die of thirst.

Everything was great! We stayed there as we went to the men which is about 300m away, also shopping centre about 5 mins walk away. Excellent service from all the staff. The breakfast staff were particularly busy but still nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent, will definitely return to this hotel. Not sure if there is more parking facilities available other than a small area at front of the hotel (maybe 12 cars) we arrived by 1pm and got the last parking space

Very close to arndale centre shops and within easy reach of victoria and picadilly- by tram. Good value breakfast, plenty of tables and no waiting, staff very helpful Starting to look a bit shabby in public spaces. Room quite cool- although it was cold outside and I was given a very big room with a kingsize and two single beds(one on the floor !). I was travelling alone

Convenient to the Arena for our overnight visit. Inefficient Bar staff and too small a bar area. Crowded after the end of the Strictly Dance show at the Arena. Lack of Cups and Plates at Breakfast and staff took quite a while to replenish stock.

Very convenient for men Arena. Clean and comfortable, with the only exception to this being the pillows!! Convenient for city centre/Arndale centre shopping and loads of places to eat nearby if you don't fancy the hotel restaurant.

Size of room, location, comfort My booking was made on day by credit card. Booking went through but when I arrived at hotel I was informed payment had not been taken. I then had to pay in cash as I did not have company credit card it had been booked with. This should have been made more clear at time of booking.
