The location is brilliant & our room was very nice. What a shame you have to charge £5 an hour for wifi, thats the biggest rip off ever & would certainly stop us from returning !!!

The location is great. A short walk to good resaurants, bars and entertainment. Very close to major shopping. The rooms were 'tired' and in need of a makeover, the breakfasts could be well described as 'greasy' and the size of bar is hopelessly inadequate for a hotel catering for this amount of guests.

Wonderful location. Probably the biggest hotel room I have ever had. Dining room very hard working staff but very understaffed. Reception very small and again struggled to cope with the volume of residents. In need of a major upgrade and refurbishment.

Location was ideal for the men Arena! Reasonably priced, twin room including breakfast. Which might I say was delicious. The staff both in the breakfast area and on the desk were friendly and on the ball. Air conditioning didn't seem to working. Noted that there was both a heater and a fan in the room though. The windows inside and out could have done with a good clean. Note: the pains in the room were fine. It was those inside the secondary double glazing that could of done with a clean. But generally pleased overall.

It was very central and within walking distance to arena and shops. Good value for money, clean and friendly. The only problem is the entrance to the hotel via the car park. Very dirty and smelly which doesn,t give a good first impression for guests. Thankfully the hotel is not like the carpark entrance.

We had a very early start for a trip on the Northern Belle so chose the Premier Inn mainly for the location. We left too early for breakfast on the first morning but had a nice breakfast the second morning. Paying £216 for 2 nights was considerably more that the advertised £29 per night room, but it was the bank holiday weekend. We would definately stay again but would look to pay a lot less.

The staff was lovely, very helpful and they made you feel as if nothing was too much trouble. Some mature staff as well which was a nice change. I had booked 2 rooms and unforturnately one of our party had to cancel at the last minute so it would have been nice to have a room for 3 instead of 1 person having to be on their own.
