Great value for a hotel in such a good location. Great breakfast! Try to get a room where the window faces in towards the central yard. Mine faced onto a narrow street, and I was woken at 4am by some yobbos arguing outside. Not the hotel's fault!

We were highly satisfied with all aspects of our stay it was just what we wanted There was a problem with payment we wanted to pay in cash. and were required to produce a passport. driving licence. or utility bill of which we had none. Having said that we were treated very well and the problem was sorted quite quickly. Some how this requirement needs to be highlighted better Than small print in terms and conditions. It was a birthday present given to us in cash, which we could not put in our bank account to pay by card,

Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The location was great for a city centre stay close to shops, restaurants and bars. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options available served by a smiling and attentive staff. The hotel is very basic in it's decor and look. It would be fine for a budget stay. However we paid 135 for a double room due to the busy week-end which I thought was a little high.

Convenient location I left luggage in storage on check-out because I was travelling back home late. When I came back both receptionists made me wait unnecessarily when I asked to retrieve my luggage. One of them went on to call the only person waiting to check-in despite me telling her that all I needed was to retrieve my hand luggage from storage and that I had to hurry for my train. Receptionists should be able to prioritize and not act like robots.

The staff was so nice on arrivel, we arrived late at night with a small baby and everythig was ready for her, couldnt have asked for a better service. Our bed was so comfortable and the extra soft pillows were a bonus. The breakfast was great, really great variety. That's a very hard question.. I had a perfect stay so u can't answer that question.
