Premier Inn Manchester (Hyde)  

Very clean and quiet and suited our purpose of visiting family in Stalybridge perfectly. Reception staff very helpful and polite.

No breakfast during our stay although this was advertised on your website. This did not inconvenience us too much.

Great value for money, friendly helpful staff, good room facilities in a no-fuss,straightforward way, on-site restaurant, well positioned geographically for my purposes. Fine!

Breakfast a little over-priced and the selection & quality of bread, croissants etc. just a little disappointing but good that hot breakfasts were cooked fresh to order. Not a good idea to have the hair-dryer & electric kettle so close to each other on dressing table area. Easy to tip or knock over kettler with hairdryer flex ... electricity & water not a good mix!

The customer service provided by the reception still was excellent. Thed food qualiity was OK but they should refrain from microwaving pastry as it made the pie I had very soggy and not very nice.

It was pleasent warm and comfortable, just what we needed for a break. Near the countryside and conviently near to Manchester. Very pleasent staff.

It was a shame that in a double room that there was only one set of towels. Also one of the wall lights was not working and light over the mirror was working but was crooked.

I liked the decor of the rooms, and the service.

I did not like the location, it wasvery inconvenient and we spent a lot of money on taxis

I lost my car keys and the reception staff were very helpful and did everything possible to assist me until they were located.

At weekends the breakfast still ends at 10:00 am (all hotels are the same) so we missed the breakfast both days we stayed at the hotel, as we got up late after nights out. After all we were on a relaxing break.

Duvet covers were very comfortable

Got called by hotel at 2100 to ask if I still wanted the room. Think they were trying to sell it to someone else...

Food is poor and a chef had gone home which meant there was a 45 minute delay.

Perhaps it was just an unfortunate coincidence, but the lack of anywhere to eat, drink or just meet up with people to relax, due to the refurbishment of the facilities made a very negative impact on our stay at the hotel.
