Premier Inn Manchester (Hyde)  

There was a hiccup with an wxtra payment being taken but was resolved without question, Give our regards to Gaby whos polite and patient, a credit to the Manchester Hyde

There was no heating in the room but was offered another room but with luggage and two children in tow, it would have been to much hassle.

Very comfortable night. Staff very friendly. Breakfast very nice with plenty of choice .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely smiling faces when interacting with client which to me feels like everyone is going that extra mile because if you are not particularly feeling 100% a smile isn't always easy to come by....even if it is your job and your policy so thank you all from Hyde.... I stay regular at premier inns when on buisness,i cannot use them with my family as you dont do family rooms for 2 adults and 3 children perhaps premier could look into a family room as most of your romms are big enough to accommodate

Daughter found mattress hard, but easily remedied by staff providing extra duvet to put on top of mattress. Noisy child in nextt room on last night but not hotel's fault.

very clean hotel, breakfast was good, plenty of food. I have to say that I was most impressed with the receptionists and in particular Fiona, what a pleasant girl, exactly what is required in my opinion.

...the Supervisor (female) in the breakfast lounge was to put it midly...LOUD!! Discussing other hotel residents and other staff in front of guests was to say the least unprofessional. When we were seated for the first breakfast (Sunday) I asked if we could be seated away from the entrance to the restaurant, and was told very impolitely "No!" She was forever muttering about how she would not be "wound-up" by anyone, clearly she had been!

Its clean modern very comfortable, friendly staff...great.

The room was huge, even though we had two cots for our twins they still had plenty of space for play. Nice hot shower, comfortable bed, everything we needed.

The restaurant food was disgusting, we decided against breakfast due to our awful dinner. Hyde is pretty dire when it comes to places to eat so the fact we couldn't eat at the hotel really annoyed us, this is the reason we won't stay at this particular hotel again. I shall be staying at a premier inn again though.

great bed as I have a dodgy back and the ceanliness of the room was great. But note the dodgy bathroom fan below.

The fan in the bathroom 'noise for 20 mins' was a pain and I suggest it was faulty as it sounded like 'a cat being strangeled' that I was annoyed about. I was in room 7.

the warm friendly reception, very comfortable bed, the options of pillows and room temperature and the fact that nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

breakfast was poor,mc donalds beside it so that was great.i had several bug bites on my arms,legs and back every morning i woke up.2nd morning we went down for breakfast at 9:55am just to get cereal and toast for my kids because me and my wife would not eat the cooked breakfast after trying it the 1st morning but hotel staff came over and took a slice of toast out of my hand and bowl of cereal off my 5 year old daughter,i asked the girl why did u do that??her reply was u cant eat breakfast after 10am but i said this breakfast has been pre paid and kids take longer than adults to eat food can they not have a few extra minutes to finish up but she said no and the only way the kids would be able to finish their breakfast was if i paid again for another 2 adult cooked breakfasts,it was a joke she took toast out of my hand and off the table and re-sold it as restaurant opened at 10am,kids cereal was also taking off them as they were not eating it quick enough

The staff were absolutely wonderful. We arrived quite late and still had a choice of family room. Nothing was too much trouble.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel BUT THERE IS A LOT WRONG WITH THE FAYRE AND SQUARE RESTRAURANT ATTACHED TO THE HOTEL. We went into the half full restaurant at about 8.30 to be told we would have to wait an hour, which during discussion became an hour and a half, for a meal. The manageress was surprised when we were upset. This is not what I would expect from a restaurant attached to a Premier Inn and certainly not what happens in Beefeaters.

We pitched up late (midnight) but called ahead which was no issue. Handled professionally by staff and checkin was simple at that time of night. Friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and a good size with most facilities we needed. Always wonder why an iron with a drop down board (out of the closet space?) is never around, a simple thing to provide I would guess, and you rarely get clothes out of the case that couldn't do with a once over.

Everything was positive about our stay at pi.
