Excellent breakfast! Facilities Cheerful and helpful staff
Restaurant and bar area with good food at a good price
2 female staff smoking outside the restaurant / in the car park.Asked to be moved on arrival from given room due to broken flush on toilet,Receptionist changed the room I felt reluctantly stating they were very busy? I did not understand that statement, guess I was meant to put up with a broken toilet and say nothing! WORDS FAIL! The mattress was extremely firm, difficult to have a good nights sleep.
The room itself was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and when I mentioned about the disturbance on the floor below me they were quick to resolve the matter to make sure myself and others were happy
Vending machines didn't supply a lot at all, and also as my (family) room was at the very far end of the hotel on the top floor, it was quite a way from the lift to walk with luggage and two young children
The room we were given was right by the stairs and smokers were in and out all the time making a lot of noise. We had travelled from Kent for a 90th birthday and it had taken us 8 hours. All we wanted to do was sleep, but couldnt because of the noise. In the morning we complained and were changed to another room which was better, but the whole experience left us traumatised and exhausted and spoilt the occasion we had come for as we were too tired to enjoy it. We were offered a refund and accepted, but it isnt good enough to put a family with young children in such a noisy room. The staff should have known and acted accordingly.
Most of the staff were excellent and could not do enough for my family. The place is clean and functional with reasonable on site eating facilities.
One of the staff, racism by asian saff members is unacceptable. If the boot were on the other foot it would make the newspapers. Let us see what reaction I get from the management at Premier Inn.
The receptionist was absolutely fantastic. Such a pleasant lady and extremely helpful. I would very much like her efforts to be rewarded. My little girl lost her doll's shoe and ahe couldn't do enough for us to look for it. She went over and above the line of duty. I have been a reception manager for a chain of hotels and this is why I think she should be rewarded. Keep up the good work
Friendliness of staff Very clean and modern Excellent food
Room was too hot Couldn't sleep well, even though turned the wall heater down
Every moment of my stay, quietness, bed comfort and friendly atmosphere
few moments of upstairs resident movements, wasn't that bad as its normal in most of UK homes
The staff are really friendly and helpful, go out of their way to help you which is a bonus if you do have any problems
The people above us, but that's not the hotels fault!!
The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable. Room soundproof! Couldn't hear the aeroplanes overhead with windows shut. Thank you Premier Inn.
Staff were brilliant. Good location and ideal for the business traveller staying one night!
Not enough tea bags and milk. We were only given two tea bags between us to last 24 hrs.
Lovely friendly staff.
The room, and the staff. And the Breakfast.
Well we, just had a hotel nothing else, very boring.
Being able to check in late, after a long drive with an early start next day Receptionist was welcoming and friendly, which was great at midnight in the rain! Hotel was located close to main routes 24hr McDonalds open at 6:30 on Sunday morning, next door
Some noise from an apparently obese elephant riding a pogo stick in the room above at 1am
Very friendly and helpful reception staff
Restaurant on the side was good food but service was a joke! Why would you spend thousands on POS systems but make customers go to the bar and order food. 5 waitresses but none taking orders. I wouldn't mind so much had that been told to me when the waitress showed me to a table. I sat there for 20 minutes before I was told if I wanted food then I would need to order from the bar. No signs or anything. Bit strange! Other than that the hotel was good.
Big bed Friendly staff
The receptionist was so helpful and nice. Right next to McDonalds and a tesco extra.
Busy area-McDonalds etc
Every thing was excellent for the price we paid.
Nothing really. The only complaint was the restaurant which is not part of the Inn but we were v pleased it was there.
Could have done with a comfortable chair. Premier Inns are getting too dear for what they offer
All staff were very pleasant the two ladies on reception helpfully very good breakfast the Scottish lad waiting on very pleasant, sorry I did not note names
Good standard of hotel - pretty typical stuff. Staff friendly and accommodation reasonable standard.
Bed small - certainly not the type Lennie Henry advertises. Just acceptable enough to not invoke their comfort guarantee.
Located next to a pub and near McDonald's .... Perfect for our visit
very comfortable, very friendly staff. very clean. large choice for breakfast. very good value for money.
Bread for breakfast was not fresh, it´s a pity because the rest of the breakfast buffet was very nice.
