Everything apart from below
Be careful on this. I needed internet for business and myself and the staff couldn't get any internet. I was very disapointed here. Had to go off site to use internet
Nice comfortable place to stay for a short break
When room eventually cleaned it was spotless. Bed very comfortable. Pillows soft.
Room was not cleaned on arrival. Staff member a little flustered regarding this. She didn't really know what to do. Was half offered a disabled room. Had to go and have some lunch while room being cleaned. Teabags not replenished following morning. Lighting not very good
Very pleased with stay
Very helpful staff, good location ,ideal for our overnight stay.
TV had very poor reception.
Big comfy bed, immediate hot water for the shower!
The staff were not very helpful or informative about public transport into Manchester city centre. They did however efficiently book us a taxi!
We caught the bus in to central Manchester which was easy and only took 25min. Easy to get home via taxi and really lovely staff. Room was clean and well maintained.
Everything was clean
The beds were not comfortable.
no lift staff rude and unhelpful bed like brick
Room, hall ways and reception are very clean. Staff very friendly and polite. Speedy no fuss checkin/out.
The lack of amenities one vending machine and that's your lot. The pub (the Wilton) recommend by comfort inn for food to be avoided ! There's pub grub then there's frozen grubby grub ! But this is no reflection on the comfort inn.
The size of the bed! Good sized family bedroom and tv! Nice and clean.
Only downside was that we waited a few.minutes at reception as it was unmanned. Rang the bell a few times with no response.
The lady on reception was the most helpful I've ever encountered.
This was our 2nd stay. Clean and very comfortable beds. Plenty of Car park spaces and pub/ restaurant/ breakfast on site. £10 taxi ride to centre of Manchester.
The lady behind the counter was very helpful and polite.
The price of the breakfasts across the road. Unsure whether it is part of the chain or not.
The staff was friendly and very helpful with directions to many places by driving and on public transportation.
The staff. There were 2 staff on duty when I arrived, one was on her 2nd day and in training. They were both amazing. They were friendly, helpful and happy. I just didn't expect this kind of service for this price. Well done and thank you.
The facilities were a bit basic and shabby and the room and corridors could have been a bit cleaner. But for the price it's more or less what I expected. And anyway, the customer service more than made up for it.
Bed nice and big and clean bedding
Rooms dirty with dust and marks on window ledge .no air con . Odd cups in rooms . Kettles need de scaling . Staff either show no interest or come asking for cigerettes off you . I find this so unprofessional and off putting making me never to recomend to anybody unless changes happen
Staff friendly, plenty of parking, room was clean.
General area not great. Also hotel seems to be declining since taken over from Premier? No hot water at 6am in the morning so not impressed!!!
It was cheap the beds was lovely
The room was dirty the toilet roll they had put on for us had poo on it we had to go out and buy antibacterial wipes to clean the room and when we went off to shower in the morning it was cold we was was told at the desk the gas man won't be able to come for 3 hours
Very helpful staff
I had booked a twin room by mistake as I was in a rush when booking. When I arrived i told the gentleman on reception and he was quick to rectify the mistake.
The room temperature was far to hot and had trouble sleeping.
The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to try and enable our teenagers to have a room earlier than the normal 2pm check in. to prepare for the ComicCon at Manchester Central. (The reason we were there.) The staff at the hotel and at the location pub were really lovely. Can't fault them at all. The double room we had was surprisingly spacious, and both that and the twin room we booked for our teenagers were very clean and well maintained.
There was understaffing in the location pub. They didn't complain to us, as customers, but I thought it was unfair that there wasn't enough staff and they seemed stressed and over-worked. It was a very hot weekend and there was poor ventilation in both the hotel and the pub/restaurant. In the hotel there were fans, but the air con unit wasn't working in the restaurant and there were no fans either. It wasn't comfortable for guests to eat.
Late check in was not a problem for the very polite man on the phone. Good reasonable priced breakfast in lovely pub beside hotel
Size if room was great.
Bath wasnt clean, black marks all round outer bath, hairs on bath, and sink.
I had a lovely stay until we got evacuated around 11pm as there was a strong smell of fire on the ground floor. On being let back in 20 min later the whole hotel smelt very strong on smoke which resulted in myself an my partner unable to sleep due to coughing off the smoke
