Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast.
No mixer tap in a sink. Noisy ventilation. No phone in my room. No toothbrush holder or simple cup.
Location was great, rooms as always with premier inn, clean and reasonable size. Friendly staff, and TGI's next door charming staff and good quick service.
Cooked breakfast could be improved as eggs were not cooked very well, minor point really though.
very good ideal for location
Location Friendly reception staff
Rooms hot Hairdryer in main room- heat noise
Service was excellent, room was nice and very quiet had good nights sleep
The price was reasonable but would of expected breakfast included or maybe the room slightly cheaper.
Very friendly staff, very comfortable and clean. Good value.
The service was great with friendly and helpful staff Would definitely stay here again
we went to parklife festival, exellent location, very friendly staff, very helpfull.
i noticed the prices were a lot cheaper than when the festival was on , but never mind, we will be back next year.
Reception staff were lovely. Loads of people staying there for 1 Direction concert and the excitement for all was palpable :-)
Restaurant expensive and chill out bar area!
There was lots around the hotel, tesco, tgi Fridays, local shop opposite.
There was no facility for room service or to have drinks in your room. We were advised at check in we could take food and drinks from the adjoining tgi Friday restaurant to our room. However when we tried this we were told it wasn't allowed
tgi fridays right next door.
i didnt like the fact that we had booked two family rooms and when we arrived, there was only one room booked, when they found the other booking it turned out that they had booked us single rooms! Kids running around in the night making a noise.
The very friendly staff, the choice of pillars, We arrived 9.00am for a wedding at 2pm, staff sorted our room out no problem so we were able to get dressed etc in plenty of time for the wedding
Staff were friendly. Location was excellent, just off the motorway and a very short drive away from the free car park situated at Metrolink station which allowed for easy access into central Manchester and Media City.
Liked everything. The staff were very helpful and courteous; the rooms clean, comfortable and tidy; the restaurant was right next door (connected for breakfast) and the food was very good.
The only slight downside was that there was only enough tea and coffee making facilities for one cup each.
I liked how welcoming and friendly the staff were, and also the location. We were right next to a tesco and m&s, and also getting transport via tram.
The room was very hot, even with the window and fan on. My recondomation would be to turn the heating down in the summer. I also didn't like the fact that there was no room service. Out of many hotels I've been to, which is a lot, this was the first one to not have one.
Clean and comfortable, good value.
Decent nights sleep
Breakfast served in next door TGI'S not a great experience very poor .
The ususal Premier Inn comfort and security. It is good to know that the room will always be' of a standard'. Plenty of parking.
Hotel a little tired and is not actually on Bury New Road which threw the satnav somewhat. It is over a roundabout on that road. Room was very hot but to open to window meant traffic noise. There was a fan in the room so this helped. The TGif restaurant is adjoined. Not wonderful food &/or ambiance.
Location was the reason i chose your hotel, but now having stayed there i was well impressed with the room and the cleanliness, friendly staff, could not fault it,well done!
nothing,it was perfect.
Nice rooms, usual standard of facilities.
Not as new as some of the other Premier Inns but still nice!
The bed was lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well worth it if you are travelling with kids as they eat free. The location in between Bury and Manchester was ideal for us.
Small room for 4 people but still great value for money.
The bed was comfy and the extra pillows was definitely a good thing.
The toilet smelt like urine. It looked clean so I didn't want to complain but the smell was really horrible.
