I would like to say that the staff here were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast at the restaurant is the best I have had in a long time at any restaurant well worth the stay just for that. Nothing I didn't like.

Just like all other Premiere Inns The service in the bar was some of the slowest I've ever encountered - due to shortage of staff and the fact that he was taking bar food orders as well.

All as one would expect from Premier Inn - comfortable room and friendly staff with good choice of food etc The only issue I had is after paying for WIFI I could not connect due to too many connections. I was told to call the IT company etc. I was not there to pay for a service and then solve the problem. I love the hotel but cannot stay there again as I was on business and needed a reliable WLAN connection.

Very easy to reach, reception open 24 hours, excellent continental breakfast in adjoining facility. Room was warm even though the outside temperature was a fairly cool 12 degrees - the top window was restricted to a very small opening and I would not like to stay there if the weather was hot. Should consider some form of air conditioning as fans simply are not enough.

Nice bright and quiet room, comfy bed, good breakfast. Considerably better on all fronts than the Hilton Islington where I has stayed the night before and which was twice the price. Hot part of breakfast took too long to arrive.

We needed a one night stop to rest our heads after a concert. The price was completely and utterly reasonable for the facilities provided, the staff were informative and attentive and a good nights rest in a clean environment was had by all. We will definitely use them again!

This hotel was of a good standard and was very clean. We had issues with the lady at the reception who tried to charge me £91.50 instead of the £77.50 that I had reserved through booking.com The lady was very aggressive and insisted that "she didn't care if I had a printed confirmation receipt, because her computer told her it was £91.50" The lady called booking.com and was told that my fee is £77.50. This seemed to make the lady even more aggressive and rude and even passed sarcastic comments when I was on the phone to booking.com I was disgusted with the attitude of the lady on reception and I shall be complaining with a view to a full refund, because this was not a nice experience.

It was a very useful location for our purposes, This meant we could walk to the church for a christening and also to the venue for the later celebration.

I liked everything about the hotel facilities and the excellent customer service provided by all the staff. The location of the Hotel meant that a journey via public transport to Manchester for a big event and back again late at night was fraught with problems, notably due to the poor service encountered on the Tram network and lack of available taxis.

Location close to family When I booked a Quad room for 4 people I had to give the ages of my children online. However, this didn't come up on the actual booking at the hotel so there was some confusion on our arrival. The extra beds had been made up though.
