very friendly and welcoming staff we enjoyed the value for money food at henry bodingtons. rooms were clean and comfortable
we feel very good quit and relaxing.
The staff are extra friendly and helpful. The food at the Henry Boddington is good. Nice to have a big television this time! Also loved the walk-in shower.
Hotel was ideally situated for my forward journey
Pub next door was not the best and the food was very average. Lot of smokers outside puffing and leaving fag buts all over the floor.
Nice modern decor, nice beds, liked they had fans in the room.
Seemed very dark in the room. Very little space with 3 beds, suitcases and kids but ok for a few nights
Friendly helpful staff
No walk in shower in disabled room but as long as I have a ground floor room I will remember this for my next visit.
Excellent, comfortable bed and very spacious room. Hotel staff friendly and helpful
Lack of drawers in room, especially as we stayed for 7 days..
Reception staff insisted in photo ID as we were paying cash for the room ( 1 room , 1 night !!) Reception staff made a big deal about kids ages and how she's allow them a free breakfast just don't tell anyone their age (they are 14 & 15) on reading info its free to under 16s and the place for breakfast was terrible. Terrible service and food. Staff also stood outside smoking instead of on reception or hanging out in pub next door..leaving no one on reception when we wanted something.
Close to motorways and town, easily accessible good sized bathroom
The Henry Boddington, poor service and even ran out of food on the bank holiday.
Lady on reception when we arrived was very welcoming & helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean, modern & comfortable. This was our first say in a Premier Inn. If this is the standard of all we will use them again.
keep up the good custom
Claire who checked us in was very cheerful and couldn't do enough to help us and answer our questions.
Having to leave!! Lovely hotel would stay here again!
Usual warm welcome, clean room, comfortable bed. Nice and quiet.
Grim location and very grubby pub to eat in :(
I liked the location... its closeness to the city centre and to other areas. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was lovely.. modern and clean.
Tea and coffee making facilities were a bit Spartan. No drinking chocolate which would have been a boon for my daughter who was travelling with me.
good location for what we were doing. Room and bathroom good. Good food in attached pub
Room set up with TWO single beds set up between double bed and window - so no access to that side of double bed.
Yusuf, the guy on reception when we arrived on Staurday evening (15/3/15) was absolutely brilliant. He is a huge asset to Premier Inn & gave us as warm a welcome as we've had at any hotel, anywhere in the world.
Not in the nicest area of Manchester.
Very comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Using crutches at the moment so everything was on the level and accessible. Car parking was easy. location was excellent for the venue we were attending for a charity presentation.
Only used Henry Boddington for Breakfast. Had the appearance of not being clean after the night before. Not the best cooked breakfast I have had and overpriced. If stayed another night would have gone elsewhere for breakfast. This of course has no reflection on the hotel which was excellent.
Last time i visited bathroom door wouldnt shut properly.
The staff was very friendly and helpful this was our first visit to premier inn and found it very good and would recommend it to anyone.
The online booking, you have to really read it and do it very carefully as I booked a double room and breakfast only to find when I arrived it was for one person, same with the breakfast as I had to pay extra for the premiere breakfast for my wife. (But this was down to me not fully reading the booking form which could be made clearer).
I really liked the extra large shower and the flat screen tv it's that little exta touch that makes all the difference between a premier inn and all the other chain hotels.
I don't like the way that a family room in a premier inn is for two adults and a child under sixteen. A travelodge will allow three adults in a family room. Why don't premier inns do this? , I stay in travelodges Monday to Friday for most of the year but would much rather stay in a premier inn.
it's the best bed I've slept in, it was so comfortable. The rooms had only just been refurbished. Much more comfortable than Premier Inn, York. The lady on Reception who greeted us was so welcoming.
nothing to dislike about Premier Inn Swinton (Manchester). My only 'gripe' was breakfast in the Henry Boddingtons. Although it was a lovely breakfast, i have never known any B&B or hotel to start hoovering up around clients whilst they are eating! I reported this to Reception as I didn't think it was a professional thing to do.
very happy with the premier inn swinton
Lovely large family room, comfy bed, great tv and tea and coffee in the room.
Breakfast is priced too high although our son did eat for free.
the bed was amazing we had a good sleep there
