Very handy for the Trafford centre as you just cross the road and walk about 100 yards also table table right next door
Close proximity to Event City, on site parking, integral door to restaurant. Good choice of food, comfortable surroundings, large room with very clean en suite. Very comfortable beds - deep bases giving more support than low beds which not good for backache sufferers! Friendly staff.
Location of room above what seemed to be kitchens at rear of hotel and there was an odour coming along corridor to our room, not unpleasant enough to spoil our one night stay but would request another room in future.
Cleanliness, location , parking.
The room we were given....next to busy road with 2 small children. Traffic was constant through the night! One of the beds was next to window which was cold(my little boy slept in that). Pillows were uncomfortable.
Good staff, good restaurant. Comfy bed.
Great reception staff
Breakfast took too long
The location is spot on for Trafford Centre which was the reason for our trip.
very uncomfortable bed which resulted in a bad sleep and our room had a really bad damp smell.
The room was clean and the bathroom. The staff were very nice and helpful.
The hotel cannot help this but the road nearby is busy and loud all night
Excellent breakfast, very comfy bed that could've slept all 4 us in. Overall very satisfied.
If I have to fill in this box, then toilet had a slightly dodgy flusher. This is being very picky though.
The staff throughout the hotel were brilliant - a fine example of high quality customer service at it's best. sadly, there was little they could do.
As soon as you arrive at this hotel it feels as though you are stepping on to a stage-set from the 1980s. It is horribly dated and tired. Staff are quick to advise you that the hotel will shortly benefit from a major refurbishment. Sadly I will never return to experience it. The rooms are drab. The wi-fi (which you are obliged to pay extra for) is useless. The rooms are unbearably hot - there is no air-conditioning - the windows won't open more than two inches and I was unable to plug in the supplied electric fan! The pillows are made from some type of synthetic material which fell from favour in the 1970s! The restaurant, which has the feel of one of the less attractive service stations on the M1 served me a 'salad' swimming in an inch of vegetable oil. Truly awful experience. Best avoided!
Lovely lady on reception on our arrival - friendly, welcoming and very helpful
Staff at Reception were Excellent
Breakfast selecton and prices. One of our party just wanted scrambled eggs and toast and was charged the full breakfast price of £8.65!!!
The staff were welcoming and helpful the breakfast was nice aswell
There was no child parking spaces so had to park further away than I should of had to which made it very difficult for me and my 6 year old daughter to get in plus the doors are very heavy making it harder to get to your room and made me very nervous about my daughter trapping her fingers the room was very warm and although it had a thermostat it said that it would not change the temperature of the room which made it pointless and caused us to be too hot thru the night also the plug in the sink was jammed shut which caused a 15minute or so.delay in my daughter getting to her bed while.we went and got someone to fix it in the morning we were both woken before 7 by the noise of traffic and the banging of the main corridor door while everyone came to and from breakfast so over all being too hot and the noise ment not that good a sleep also due to the.fact that it was a disabled room and some people can have problems sleeping anyway due to their disability or pain etc it could have been a nightmare reported all this to reception.in the morning and they said they would refund my stay but still not got my money back yet how much longer will it take? Over all it was ok and served it purpose as somewhere to stay near where we were going but lots of little things need improved to give customers a better stay for the money they pay
The friendliness of all the staff And the excellent breakfast, also the bed was so comfortable!
Alison the who was on when we got there went out of her way to help us, she was just so helpful.
Conveniently placed. Excellent Staff.
Breakfast area not very attractive.
Friendliness of staff. Helpful re my sons disability. Gave good advice on where to go. Of course Trafford Centre right opposite. Close to sale rugby ground (1 junction on M60).
Close to the Trafford Centre
Bar shut early, no entertainment

A friendly and clean hotel with good value breakfast
Staff are excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit the Trafford centre and surrounding leisure facilities.
The staff were a credit to you especially the receptionists, the young lad, I think he was called Criag, was there at book, went out of his way to help us with getting out and about in Manchester, what a lovely young man, couldn't do enough to help, so was the lady the next day she was exceptional. Staff on breakfast duty very pleasant and cheerful. Brill. Room was exceptional and the double bed was massive, me and both the kids slept together!!!! They should be told in person or letter as I'm sure all they hear is the negative. They are all a credit to you as a company on the front line.
Not your fault but the roadworks made it hell to find at first with the sat nav, us country people dont do "all that chaos"!!!
