The staff were really lovely and pleasant, my room was very clean and very comfortable, and I got a brilliant nights sleep without any disturbances. I have stayed with premier inn before in Cheadle and the staff there were amazing, I was very happy with my experience I wouldnt go anywhere else.

There's nothing I didnt like about my stay with Premier Inn, Im really happy over all with my experience!!

- location next to Trafford Centre, where shopping, food and LEGOLAND discovery centre are easily found, is superb - clean and comfortable - value for money - offers good breakfast - parking is convenient

- narrow corridors, which made carrying/pulling luggages to the room a bit difficult

went to premier inn trafford park which proved to be wrong, given directions to where my reservation was and was tols there at reception i was in wrong place again. it was late i was tired so thanfully receptionist sorted a transfer but £67 was expensive and driving for an hour from one place to another while exhausted did not help. also no food available room service or otherwise so dissappointed

Cheap and cheerful soaps no power shower no bath may why have to ask for one ordered daily papers did not arrive till after 9 am breakfast as above but the general hygiene in the attached pub poor dust on ledges seats torn and well worn sauce on cruet set standards generally down market does not refect as media campaign suggests

Overall a good stay with 3 little children. Got our room well before check in..was very organised and did not make us wait around. Checkout was simple and rooms were made everyday on time. Excellent location as only 2 minutes from trafford centre.

Paid for breakfast but not very impressed.hardly used this facility as variety of food was very limited.next time will not take breakfast as trafford centre has better variety in terms of food.

Was not able to have a good nights sleep because the room was cold and there was no spare blankets.

Right outside our room window was a very noisy extracter fan or something even with the window closed it was still loud, the room was very cold the heating didn't make much difference

Be nice if had charge for half stay as I didn't need room till late evening... Most hotels do

The room was cold even after we turned the heating up and came back later it was still cold - we had a disturbed nights sleep as we kept waking up cold and in the morning getting out of bed was a miserable experience as the bathroom was also cold
