The very comfy bed
There wasn't anything to dislike
Rooms are basic but clean....nice selection for breakfast
The double bed in room 37 squeaks if you even move your toes or breathe in it....am glad I wasn't on a romantic weekend away....meant to mention it on checkout but was in a hurry and forgot. Also think there should be free WiFi for guests like in the Derbyshire accros the road
The lovely staff .Comfortable modern room great bed .Having a good restaurant .
The quietness of the room...despite being at the front of the Inn...amazing!!!
Just wish the bed had been a bit softer...but that was just my personal taste...
Staff were excellent above and beyond what was expected...also really friendly. Restaurant staff were also good and food was hot tasty and served in good time...even though the restaurant was packed to the rafters. comfortable rooms quiet and clean.
For the money, there was absolutely nothing to complain about....and i have very high standards.
staff were excellent very helpful and friendly.
for a disabled room the bed was to low on the ground it needs to be about 6" higher for ease of access. A separate shower would have been better rather than having to step up into a bath
Clean, friendly staff. We could not fault the service
A little expensive for our usual budget but worth it
The rooms are very good ..spacious, temprature as you like it .. well equipped!.
Easy to book & had food next door with our family from Mansfield. All very good
Absolute quiet at night.
Would like more healthy food for meals as have to stay for a week at time sometimes. A sandwich menu at night would be fantastic. Otherwise no problems
Very disappointed with room Booked a double room .givern a disabled room with very low bed & bathroom with low sink, toilet&bath
Height of bed, grab rail near toilet
LACK OF WALK IN SHOWER
All staff we dealt with during our stay we excellent. Check in staff really friendly, and remembered who we were the next morning. Cleaner held the door open for me when I was carrying suitcases out to the car. When an issue arose regarding broken straps on a high chair in the restaurant, this was dealt with very quickly and the situation escalated up to the manager to look in to how the situation occurred in the first place. We were treated as valued customers, which is worth its weight in gold these days.
Nothing to dislike.
You need a car. Otherwise great place. No real walking opportunities. Food brilliant. Price of food and drink fair. Good deals for food. Staff excellent. From domestics-bar-reception. Plus they knew the area. I stayed in a disabled room. Very good. Popular with the locals. Always a good sign. But always accomodated the residents.
No nearby walking opportunity. Motorway area..but really quiet. No shops near either so you really need a car. Rest of the area residential...however we booked this as a simple stay for leisure activities..so it fitted the bill.
Helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable nights sleep and excellent restaurant next door for guests use.
Double bed Doubleroom Shazelong Bath Cleaned and tidy everyday Fresh towels Friendly staff
Location good for my requirements and within reasonable travel distance of numerous places to visit . Staff helpful and friendly. Room was very good Bed comfortable
Due to the weather, the room was very hot. A fan had been supplied, which helped. But the Hotel would benefit form Air Conditioning. The only occassion I haven't had an excellent nights sleep at a Premier. Not the Hotels fault, but the approach road was surfaced with loose gravel which wasn't good for a motorbike. I ate at the adjoining Brewers Fayre one evening and it was the worst meal I've ever had at that chain, especially at the price. Weatherspoons offers far better value and quality IMO. They were very busy, so perhaps were strugling to cope.
It was close to the motor way convenient
We found the bed in our room very hard. MY son and his wife and baby didn't get any sleep (they had to get the receptionist 3 times because of noisy teleivision and the people in the next room kept shouting They left the hotel very early Sunday morning to go home to get some rest, driving down the M1 through Hurican Berther.
Room was clean, tidy and conveniently located.
Room was too hot at night for a family and made sleeping uncomfortable.
Check in staff, room, location
connected restaurant -way of ordering, breakfast not earlier than 6:300 AM
Good value for money. Very good staff. Good breakfast.
No tissues in rooms. Not enough tea, coffee, milk or sugar. Two days out of three there were'nt any drinking glasses.
Comfortable and Nic
Breakfast is too expensive and the room is no air condition(a.c)
Good clean room, good Wi-Fi access, friendly staff
Food at pub restaurant very poor
