Clean comfortable room
No tissues in room
Good location. Nice welcome from reception staff. Very obliging and polite. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. No complaints.
Unfortunately at the time of our stay kitchen staff shortage in adjacent restaurant. Long wait for food. Waiting on staff very obliging but why are customers always referred to nowadays as 'you guys' regardless of age?!
Fairly standard Premier Inn. Room was fine, food was fine. staff were helpful. Location suited for what we wanted (a base near Foxton Locks & Market Harborough)
Slightly frustrating to have to keep logging back in to get the free wifi everyday. Why you can't just browse, find and retain the network I don't know.
excellent value everyone polite and helpfull
Quality and standard almost same even better branches all over the Uk Staff very friendly
Rooms without wi-Fi is not good for business traveller
WiFi, room smell and even though WiFi is stated as Premier Inn, the staff blamed their provider.
The staff were helpful
Having to move rooms after midnight as there was a party in the room next to us and we had our 4 year old with us. Not ideal at all.
quality that is standard as you might expect, clean and comfortable
corridor was a bit noisy, i think more the doors are not sound proof rather than particularly guests talking out side room being overly loud.
Great price, very comfortable, excellent meal deal, close to my end destination.
Free wi fi was very slow.
I booked my 94 year old mother and sister into the Premier Inn for to nights to attend a funeral in Market Harborough. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and kind. Thank you Premier Inn.
Don't like paying for WiFi - 30 mins free is no good for a business or private traveller.
Staff are really friendly and helpful. Food is good and nice ambience in the bar/restaurant area. Rooms clean and comfortable.
Staff were very friendly, beds comfortable, adjoining restaurant good quality.
Think wi fi should not be chargeable
Overall suited my needs for a stopover, comfortable room with restaurant and bar in same building
Breakfast was not well cooked eggs hard, bacon part soggy part burnt, hash brown soggy
Comfort, beds, friendly staff, good location and price. Bar area and restaurant nice
We had a meal with was very good, but it took a very long time to arrive - around 1hr and 15 mins for main. Food itself great, but too long a wait.
Comfortable room, well insulated against road noise. Meal and breakfast deal. Within walking distance of canal and Foxton Locks. Helpful staff.
Cooked breakfast was not up to standard of previous night's dinner - or that offered by other Premier Inns and competition. Had to change rooms as heating was defective (but this was quickly and politely managed).
Food very clean & tidy Bar Area
Nothing all good
Every premier Inn I visit seems to have very poor mobile signal. Disappointed you have to pay for Wifi, Im sure they could afford to give this for free.
Receptionist & other staff very helpful & pleasant.
No lift. Shower over bath. I did actually request a walk - in shower when booking online but this had not been passed on to the Lodge & so none was available.
very kind staff (especially the receptionist who helped me out with the internet connection) good restaurant and breakfast many parking spaces Rooms are nice. 10/10
Staff we're very nice, bed comfortable but too high for me
Details lacking, nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom, poor workmanship, tatty towels, no ambience
Hot water for making tea tasted of coffee and you must use the canisters for both rather than keeping separate
What's not to like about this hotel?! Myself and my cousin stayed here for the weekend as we had a wedding close by. We checked in on Friday 12th Sept with a lovely lady named Katy who couldn't do enough for us. Our room was very clean and had everything we would need. The bed was super comfortable and although it's close to a main road we didn't hear any traffic, noise etc. Its a shame we didn't try the food from the restaurant attached to the hotel but there is a McDonald's right across the road! Perfect weekend, we'll be coming back!
