Location and amenities
The Premier Inn in Marlow is such an attractive building and in a great location. We were eating at the Hand of Flowers but their rooms were already full so we were initially disappointed to be staying at the Premier Inn. However, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable and after an amazing meal at The Hand of Flowers it was only a quick trip back. We probably enjoyed itv all the more as it was such good value.
The only complaint if you can call it that is that the bathroom was chilly so we turned the heating up higher and then the room was rather boiling in the night!!
staff were really nice
shower was clogged with hair (other peoples!)
Location great for shopping, sightseeing, walking, or just relaxing.
Room was cold but we were given an oil filled radiator that did the job, no heated towel rail in the bathroom, so very cold in the morning.
Excellent staff on reception. A great room with comfortable bed. Complimentary wine for my husband's birthday was a lovely surprise.
The quirky shape of the room made the TV hard to see from the bed.
Very comfortable hotel with friendly staff.
It was my second stay and the receptionist remembered me. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Outstanding for a top class hotel let alone for a budget one.
Room large and bed very comfortable, one of staff very helpful.
Disappointing you had to pay for WiFi & on second day of our stay didn't work
The receptionist was very helpful and made me feel very welcome. She gave me all of the information I asked for and carried all of my bags from the only place I could find to park my car. The restaurant staff were also extremely helpful and efficient. Generally the disabled room was ideal for my disability.
There are no disabled parking facilities provided by the hotel. You have put an American flag next to my name on this review and I'm actually english. ( that hurts)
Staff were so friendly and helpful. Always smiling
Location was excellent, with the pub adjoined being very nice. Staff bright and cheerful. Bed very comfortable. Options of extra pillows, a sheet instead of a quilt. Well thought out. Some drinking water in the room should be included. I bought some when out at night, the restaurant we were at threw it away! They had to provide me with a large glass bottle as nothing was open to buy any more.
Freezing cold bathroom. Large bathroom with no heating whatsoever and large old window which let in a lot of cold. Apparently they are looking at putting some radiators in the affected rooms. I asked for 30mins free wifi, using 5 mins initially, saving the rest for another visit, reading the news in the morning. Tough! 5mins used my allocation. It should read 1 stop visit up to 30 mins!! Paying for wifi is excessive when most places offer this for free.
Friendly & helpful reception ladies Very good restaurant staff for breakfast excellent food for breakfast
No dog friendly rooms and don't like to pay for wifi
Convenient location for our specific needs on this occasion. Check in/out was efficient and breakfast service was fast/efficient with good range of food.
Some steep stairs that might not suit all but biggest issue was parking. Hotel has no guest parking and on-street parking restricted and sometimes hard to come by. Would probably stop me booking more than a one night stay in future.
Very co-operative member of staff sorted a twin room out for us, we had been given a double, he then made up the bed.
Having to ask for tea and milk sachets
The very helpful staff
Lack of parking
Staff we're very good they even gave us a bottle of fizz for my wife's birthday Over all a very pleasurable experience would not hesitate to book again
Site right in the middle of town
Attended over remembrance weekend;parking was difficult on the Sunday. Normally 2 hrs parking outside, this was good for loading /unloading
Stayed here to visit friends the bed was define and slept the best on our whole trip around the south
Toilet roll you could barely get it out of the holder
Suitable for our needs
given the ground floor room although we are not disabled with people walking past the window no on site parking
Central location, nice spacious room, helpful and friendly receptionist, fantastic building. Would definitely stay again if in Marlow.
We stayed over a weekend so slight noise from outside on Saturday night but to be expected due to central location, TV was only viewable from one angle in the room (not a major issue), toilet didn't flush 100% all the time.
