Great, central position. Comfortable and clean room. Welcoming staff.

Staff were very attentive, it was my husbands birthday and there was a card and a bottle of wine in the room. It's the little things that mean a lot.

Right in the centre of town. The staff were wonderful. Helpful and easy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Lucia in particular was great. Can't believe you gave us our money back on the room because of the noise. We really didn't expect or look for that!

Because it's an old building my friend was kept awake by the person upstairs snoring and walking about on squeaky floorboards. We wanted a twin room and the other bed was a bed settee which was comfortable but not the same as a normal bed

Great room - even though the sink plug didn't work - with a good layout, well decorated and very clean. Food at both evening meal and breakfast was very good and staff in the restaurant were pleasant and helpful.

The reception lady was very rude and unhelpful, obviously displaying the fact that she didn't want to be there and could rather do without customers. She should try attending the Premier Inn at Newcastle airport where ALL the staff were helpful - just as they should be.

The room we had was very large and the breakfast was fantastic

Very helpful and friendly staff, great location, comfortable and clean.

Only thing I can think of is loud radio playing during breakfast.

The staff were excellent and very friendly . The breakfast was superb and even though it was very busy the staff couldn't have been more obliging. We were very impressed.

Parking was not very convenient. We parked in the Pound Lane car park which charged from 7am. Although it was suggested that we could renew our permit by phone the number was constantly engaged and so we had to throw on clothes and rush to feed the meter. No reflexion on Premier Inn.

Really had a lovely time,when we checked in the girl wishes my partner a happy birthday,then when we went to the room there was a card,bottle of wine and a wee muffin with a candle in it thanksyou so much as your only 50 once ,sorry cant remember girls name but it was Monday afternoon and again she enquirer how we enjoyed our meal out the night before!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Bedroom spacious and bed comfortable. Beautiful location. Excellent food.

Bathroom was quite cold. Parking was a bit awkward as had to keep moving car.

Beds very comfortable, break- fast choices excellent, Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

No toiletries such as tissues, shampoo. The placing iof the soap fior the shower which meant hair getting wet when onr leaned forward to get at it . No telephone for wake up call. (Not everyone had mobiles), plus despite asking to be woken up at 6,30 the staff member did not check the book so it was lucky I woke up naturally otherwise I could have missed my flight, However, said staff member was profusely apologetic, which was good.

Location is gd and a nice building . Staff very helpfull

No parking so hv 2 pay extra. Quite expensive. Bathroom very cold as very large, basic and no heating
