Nice rooms and soft bed
The room next to the stairs and lift
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and fresh. The vanity unit for make up and hair was useful. The Premier full English was delicious and well cooked.
We had to wait a little while for someone to take our breakfast order.
We are always greeted here with a genuine smile and staff do their best to help you. The hotel is clean and all members if staff go out of their way to greet you .
The wet room. The comfortable bed. The friendly staff. The convenient location.
The noise from early risers. The lack of a large bin in a disabled room and the failure to empty the bin in the bathroom on one occasion. This is distressing for travelers with continence problems.
at first glance I thought reception could do with a freshen up ...but everything else more than made up for that. breakfast was really good with perfect poached eggs...room was quiet as I had requested..and bed was so comfy...much better than some good hotels we have stayed in...would stay again and recommend
reception needs a touch of paint that's all
The room was clean and fresh and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the spare sheet on the bed in case I was too hot with the quilt and the room had a fan in it.
I didn't like the fact that I paid nearly £20 more for my room when I was on my own and my brother, his wife and son paid nearly £20 less for the same night.
Rooms/comfortable bed did what it claims - good nights sleep, Friendly staff, made you welcome, helpful & disabled friendly.
Good that you can have a family room to cut costs. Good position in town.
Family could be a bit bigger. With more storage. Extend children age upwards or provide twin rooms.
Very good facilities and an excellent breakfast
Last minute booking was costly
Staff were informative, helpful, polite and v ery accommodating. Room very comfortable and clean.
Duvet's too warm for time of year, but excellent for the winter.
Jill on reception was a star !! So helpful , and the staff at breakfast were just the same, happy helpful and friendly
Nothing we can think of
Staff were very accommodating and showed genunine care and concern for us. They responded flexibly around meal times and made us feel very cared for.
The temperature of the room was too high the fan never managed to cool the room with 4 of us inside. It took a while to discover that the air con only raised the temperature. Also there were 4 of us booked in and there were only 2 large towels in the room
Very good hotel, breakfast choices are excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable size.
Faraway from downtown
The room was dirty. Every time we were given a key card it wouldn't open the room door. The toilet would not flush.
Jill was genuinely very friendly and helpful when we checked in and made us feel very welcome.
For me - nothing. My daughter didn't like the mushrooms. That isn't your fault though. She doesn't like any mushrooms. I think she had too many as a baby.
Very friendly staff
Cooked breakfast. Charging for Internet access over 1st half hour.
A typical good quality Premier Inn. A smaller family type hotel but could still be suitable for the business person mid-week. Our stay was the weekend and the hotel was almost full. Very clean and the duty manager, Jill, was friendly, efficient and went above the call to accommodate with the needs of the various different size parties staying the same weekend. The dining room staff at breakfast were all excellent.
Lovely welcoming, attentive staff who coped well with our group of 50 for two nights.
The staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Room was a little cramped but clean and comfortable.
Beds to hard
the friendly helpful staff, the comfy huge bed & the gorgeous freshly cooked breakfast
Extremely helpful and friendly staff.
There wasn't anything.
the welcome from start to finish was great would stay again
