Lovely pleasant helpful staff. Breakfast freshly cooked staff and very tasty. Restaurant staff excellent. Rooms clean comfortable bed. Great location for staying over in middlesbrough.
Comfortable bed, quiet room very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
Having to pay for. Wifi no phone in the room to contact reception.
Excellent all-round !
Wi-Fi unavailable-supposed to be limited contact but couldn`t get any at all !
Everything was great
the location to James Cook Hospital
some of the prices per night was to expensive
Great staff, so helpful with our need for local information. Courteous staff for breakfasts, good food.
Not much to dislike, which is why we use Premier...perhaps phones in room to contact Reception at night to avoid needing to change from nightwear, which happened elsewhere some time ago. Perhaps a little more room to move next time they build, bedrooms tend to be a bit tight for space.
Staff were really helpful and gave good advice about the area. Bed was comfortable and room was spotless.
Was disappointed that only breakfast was available but it was my fault I didn't read the description properly.
The receptionist Jill was very friendly and very helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we need. The facilities were excellent and breakfast and the staff who served it was first class
Warm welcome and intentions to help
Jill on reception was so lovely to us and explained everything in full. She couldn't do more for us! She was extremely helpful with my friend who was bitten quite badly through the night ( desperate room to me!) and was very empathetic with regards to her bites.
Breakfast in the morning, we felt as if we were rushed out of the restaurant. I also didn't like how you had to order a breakfast, previous premier inns I have stayed at had a carvery style breakfast which we much preffered.
the person on duty at reception when we arrived
Enjoyed everything about this Premier Inn.
Would have preferred if they did evening meals as well as breakfasts, because we were not impressed with the Toby carvery next door.
Staff very friendly Hotel room doors closed quietly so as no to disturb other guests breakfast was great standard
Very good comfy beds excellent breakfast enjoyed staying there very friendly and helpful staff would recommend
Staff very friendly and helpful
The room smelt very musty, had to the the window open, as felt the room was not aired properly
The room for a ground floor level was very quiet. Being able to help yourself to coffee and tea at any time in the breakfast area was nice. Free parking.
The booking only offered a quad room - and although only booked for two people it had been made for four - so staff had to change it to provide the extra space rather than extra bed.
Room was a squash for 4 people
I needed to stay overnight when visiting a relative in hospital. Premier Inn could not have been more convenient, being located immediately across the road.
Comfortable beds Quiet rooms Quality breakfast with lots of choice Unlimited hot drinks throughout the day/night. Staff went out of their way to help.
The kettles in rooms made water taste and smell odd. No clock in rooms.
staff very friendly everywhere very clean
was given a ground floor room in front of the car park was difficult to get to sleep
how friendly the staff where
An ideal place to stay for my weekend visit to Marton.
i loved the fact that the manager took the time to call me, finding out in the process that i was to visit my grandson for the first time i then found a card of congratulations in my room...a fantastic touch
i did not like one of the waitresses in the restaurant who seemed to look down her nose at us for making full use of the all you can eat the beds were a bit hard for my liking and the room was a little tightly packed with beds as there were 2 adults and 2 children, not much room for movement
I enjoyed everything that premier inn offered
Staff very friendly nothing to much trouble. Breakfast was very nice. bed comfortable everything we needed in room
