Constant dog barking at back of hotel for most of the night.
Room could have been a little warmer.
the room is clean and comfortable. As it is a business trip, it is ideally located just opposite james cook hospital. There is free flow costa coffee as well.
there is no other shops or restaurant nearby within walking distance. Only one restaurant available next to the hotel.
Friendly staff , nice rooms , great breakfast .
WiFi slow connection . Rooms very hot , had to turn heat off
Comfy bed,helpful staff.
Very cold bathroom,no hairdryer in the room, nor free wi-fi.
The staff on reception were really helpful with booking taxis so I could get backwards and forwards to the university, and were really nice towards my son who was really happy whenever he saw them.
The bed was super comfortable
The central heating clicked on and off all night and kept me awake. Assume the walls are paper thin as I was chatting on the phone and the person next door banged on the wall at 2145 as I was obviously keeping them awake! The TV wasn't even on!!!
Really good nice and lean staff excellent.
Everything was perfect jill and all other staff were always helpful and smiling will deffo going again
Jill on front desk was very pleasant. Room ok Location not far to drive to local restaurants etc around 10 mins to get to where you want to be
£117 for two nights without the added money for breakfast, think free WiFi wouldn't hurt the hotel chain. Not at least one room with bath is disappointing. (sometimes need to soak the old bones due to accident)
Staff couldn't have been better
I'd have liked a room with a sea view. Or maybe overlooking the plains with majestic Wilderbeast roaming free. But Middlesbrough will have to do.
Staff, Comfort, breakfast.
Adjacent pub only serving carvery food. Had to travel a couple of miles up the road for an alternative.
The hotel was clean and friendly. The Toby Inn also welcoming with carvery food. A warning of you are planning to eat at the hotel and arriving late. Last orders for food at 9.30pm. Breakfast and wifi in the hotel were excellent and included in the really good value rate.
I liked how friendly everybody was especially with our 2 year old daughter always came from behind the desk to chat to her
How expensive the breakfast was it seemed a little too high
Usual PI standard
Busy car park - looks like people use it for the adjacent hospital visits. Still have to pay for Wi-Fi.
The comfort of the beds, pillows were nice, lovely big shower, great facilities and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
To have to pay for extra wifi, the free wifi isn't enough time especially as i own my own business it's a necessity.
Had a 2 night stay here early Dec 14...not far from Middlesboro town centre by car, very close to the main road but no real noise experienced. Staff were just so helpful and polite! Bedrooms as one would expect for a budget hotel but we had no complaints.
Lovely pleasant helpful staff. Breakfast freshly cooked staff and very tasty. Restaurant staff excellent. Rooms clean comfortable bed. Great location for staying over in middlesbrough.
Comfortable bed, quiet room very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
Having to pay for. Wifi no phone in the room to contact reception.
Excellent all-round !
Wi-Fi unavailable-supposed to be limited contact but couldn`t get any at all !
Everything was great
the location to James Cook Hospital
some of the prices per night was to expensive
Great staff, so helpful with our need for local information. Courteous staff for breakfasts, good food.
Not much to dislike, which is why we use Premier...perhaps phones in room to contact Reception at night to avoid needing to change from nightwear, which happened elsewhere some time ago. Perhaps a little more room to move next time they build, bedrooms tend to be a bit tight for space.
