Beds like concrete. Poor layout in room. No racks for suitcase except the floor which is not good for the elderly. Guests pay for car parking and expensive.

A very informative and approachable Manager. All staff were polite and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Good location and bonus of having a restaurant next door.

We enjoyed the 5km run on the Saturday around the lake. Our room was clean and comfortable. The presence of the swans was delightful.

Our room looked out on a parking lot . We were in the annex. On a previous stay we had a room overlooking the lake with a balcony.

It was clean and comfortable. Ideal for a one night stay over.

The food in the restaurant was appalling. Evening meal and breakfast not very good at all.

Location superb, convenient for Gullervers world and Woburn Safari.

Breakfast cold, Half the seating in the restaurant was constantly reserved but never used. Hotel is a bit tiered especially with the premium price you pay compared with other much smarter Inns.

The operations manager - Mark Wirth - was very helpful, welcoming and 'switched on'. Rooms were clean, well-presented and well equipped. Location is ideal for visiting mk and surrounding area.

The female receptionist who was on duty when I checked in. Poorly developed people skills, more interesting in telling me that my booking seemed 'weird' than listening to & understanding my requirement and helping me to meet it/satisfy it next time. Breakfast prices were limited and offered poor value for family of five with two older teenagers.

The room was clean and check in was easy.

I could not get wifi connection in the room the staff were un friendly and didn't want to try and sort the problem, when I reported it to reception it was just brushed it off told i must be doing something wrong and told i should have come back down to reception and sorted it the night before.... fine no problem but I didn't fancy going down to reception in my p.js at 1030 in the evening! Had to pay for parking over night

the hotel was in a lovely location with the lake right next to it was very nice and peaceful at night time not much noise was a very nice and relaxing stay..the rooms were very clean and tidy and the bed was very comfy for a hotel..the pub underneath was very nice staff very friendly and very helpful and the food was lovely we almost had seconds

not even a bad thing really but is a little outside of the city centre but you dont mind paying for a taxi to and from the hotel

Nice location, friendly staff and easy to find. A comfortable bed, what more could you want for one night. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that, but it was not cheap!

Only one power socket and it was deliberately built into the dressing table in such a way that you couldn't use most re-chargers with it.

Food poisioning from either the hotel restaurant (not the greatest) or the local frankie and bennys. Reuined the weekend!!!

We were greeted in a friendly informative way - the chap who checked us in could not have been more helpful. The room was clean, the view amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable.

There was nothing I did not like.

quiet and friendly

Good location overlooking the lake, was very quiet during our stay. Our room was very clean and fresh. The pub next door was also quiet which was good from our perspective as our balcony was very close to the outside seating area, perhaps in summer noise levels may increase. The hotel staff were all very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Food at the pub next door is not great but is OK if you dont want to drive out anywhere else to eat and just want something basic and quick.

Having to pay for the car parking separately was a bit of a pain.

It is on exalent place, nera the lake, very nice lakeside. And 5-10 min walk from Gulliver Land. Very good tast and price for dinner at Costa. They didn't prepare asked cot for baby but gave me when I asked again.

Breakfast was terrible- coffee was water with brown colour, and it is not Costa coffee in the mornings.

The great reception staff. They were very helpful during our entire stay.

We stayed for 1 night it was clean and the hotel staff were brilliant. The boys were given a lollipop on arrival which went down famously with them. Its great for families as the park is just a short stroll away which means the boys could run some of their excess energy off. When I next vist Milton Keynes I will definitely book back in here again.
