Large, clean rooms, and the food at the pub was great.

rooms, cleanliness, comfort, proximity to airport. One staff member ( lady ) very helpfull.....all in all though would use Premier inns again... would ask more questions first though....

food at the pub was poor...... also staff didnt wake us at 0400hrs and only called when taxi arrived..... we wondered why we hadnt been offered the premier inn that was right at airport.. would have saved a taxi and had better food and ????

The friendliness and helpfullness of the reception staff was excelent this would encourage us to stay at the hotel again.

The price paid was a little on the steep side for a budget hotel £157 for two nights without brekafast.

Helpful staff, we have stayed here before but this time stayed in the annexe above the pub and the rooms were huge, clean and very comfortable.

Windows were not double glazed so noise from car park and entrance to pub went on until the early hours, also we used a side entrance to our rooms with no reception so lots of drunken noise along landing up until 3.30am. For the first time at a premier inn we had to complain about lack of sleep and were refunded with no problem at all so for that we thank them.

Straightforward check-in, convenient restaurant, comfortable bed, close to airport, convenient parking

Confusion with another nearby Premier Inn, stairs, no electricity socket convenient to bedside

Rooms, bed, close to public transport, free parking, great pub next door, value for money

The location, adjacent facilities for dining, nice bar area and good value food

Linda on reception was so friendly. Premier inns are all the same, you get what you pay for, if you want high end...pay the price and don't moan. Location to airport excellent, very clean , huge beds.perfect.

People who moan when they are staying in a budget hotel.

Easy check-in. Did not eat there. Good location.

Not happy with temperature control. Could not get it to work so cold at night.

The adjoining restaurant that we had our evening meal & breakfast was cold with no action taken by restaurant staff to remedy.

We didn't like having to walk to restaurant.

Located close to airport. Just one station, 5 mins, with the metro to Newcastle Airport.

When we pulled up at the hotel we were so dissapointed to see the hotel wes in desperate need of a face lift, the paint work was flaking off the building and it looked very tired, on entering the reception area noticed frayed and hole's in the carpets didnt even ask to see the room, I just wanted to be transfered to the main aiport hotel I wasnt staying there.

The main premier inn at the airport was faultless.

Room was spacious and comfortable and represented good value for money. The staff were exremely friendly and helpful. The out of city location was excellent.

I liked the staff of this premises, very helpful and kind.

The room is my opinion, needs a little bit less of "technical" atmosphere.

Staff in the Hotel were very friendly and always happy to help There was a warm welcome. These staff are a credit to Premier Inn.

The restaurant next door is not part of the hotel but was where breakfast was served. Breakfast stopped bang on 9am with no compromise. So tough if your on holida!!!. Refused to serve after 9am.
