The staff were very friendly and helpful. For value on what you get it is very good - a nice hotel if you are looking for somewhere easy to stay on business. The cooked breakfast was very greasy. |

The hotel suited us perfectly for a weekend visit to Newcastle when we were able to visit the Baltic and look at the archtecture around there. The transport into the town and on to Whitley Bay, (the latter for a family reunion) was very convenient from the hotel as a base. The bedroom was immaculate and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. There was not anything that I would criticize - the only problem was finding the hotel in the dark coming from the airport on foot. There is a need for a sign post and street lamps. |

Locatio of the hotel was convenient to go to the airport and the car parking facilities were very good. Approach to the airport was rather tedious because of the new building in between. |

The staff were very hepful, the rooms clean and beds very comfortable. The food was excellent, and the breakfast really good value for money. Also it was near enough the airport to walk there. |

The hotel was convenient and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was available to cover all needs, and we would certainly stay there again. Noisy folk in the room above. This however must be the luck of the draw. |

The breakfast was very good. The only reason i put the facilities as poor was that the lift was broken all evening and most of the morning, we had to carry our heavy bags up and down 3 flights of stairs, apart from this everything was very good and would stay here again. |
