Location Restaurant Staff
Bed was really comfortable, slept like a baby.
The curtains were a bit tatty and didn't close properly.
Room heating seemed to be switched off at 11:00pm then back on at 7:00am
Comfortable bed, good wi-fi, location
Paying for wi-fi, pricing unpredictability - this time expensive
Staff on reception pleasant and very helpful. House cleaning staff also pleasant and helpful.
Waiting far too long for food after order taken in the Beefeater. Some staff hanging around and failed to see to diners quickly and efficiently.
Comfortable, modern room and bed Convenient location
Expensive, £91.75 for single Bed Breakfast & Wi-Fi Paying for wi-fi
Room size, cleanliness & great free breakfast
Sons said that the single beds were not as good for comfort
the room was good, bed lovely and comfy, and the staff on reception were a great help to us , when asked about local shopping areas for me. thanks to them all.
The room was spotless, we checked in at 22:30 the reception staff were pleasant and helpful. All the Staff we came across were pleasant and helpful including the cleaners, dining room and bar staff. The food was very good especially the breakfast. The bed was nice and firm we slept well and could not wish for anything more.
Having to go Home
The staff were all excellent and made us feel very welcome. Rooms were very clean and good value. The Beefeater restaurant was a bonus.
There was a bit of traffic noise so ask for a quieter room.
Location good and great having beefeater so close
Noisy occupants above our room
I enjoyed the food at the beefeater, along with the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. We also appreciated the friendly welcome, as we arrived shortly after 11:30pm. Great breakfast/dinner and both rooms were suited to our needs.
Nothing to unlike.
time taken to provide meals (including breakfast) at the Beefeater. breakfast sat under the heat lamp and the eggs became overcooked. seemed to be lack of staff in the restaurant.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff at the Beefeater next door were also very friendly and courteous.
Road traffic noise all night. Other guests banging doors shut at night. Bed was hard and not very comfortable. Beefeater restaurant next door could not serve any draught beers, lagers and ales on Saturday night, only bottled, as they had run out of gas.
Good location and clean although room very dated. Staff very helpful.
Almost doubling the price for the weekend of university graduation bordered on being very greedy On site restaurant appalling - long wait and absolutely disgusting breakfast - probably the worst I have ever had!!!!
Reception staff were helpful, restaurant close was good quality
Poor internet, 2 of 3 days not working. No room cleaning for 3 day stay, no new towels, toilet roll, beverage supplies etc. On last night, family wedding mass booking, children running around knocking on doors after 10pm.
I didn't like the fact that I paid way more than people sharing. Surely you can have some kind of deal for the single traveller?
The bed was amazingly comfortable and the food next door was excellent value for money
Staff professionalism & Reactiveness
Room not serviced for 3 days, no clean towels, bedding, toiletware, beverages. Internet out of order for 2 of 3 days. Kids running in corridors and knocking door after 10pm.
We were kept awake by people in the room above us moving around in the room. The hotel is so badly insulated that it was impossible to get a good nights sleep.
room not serviced for 3 day stay, internet not available 2 of 3 days. Children running in corridors and knocking doors after 10pm.
Everything about the hotel was excellent.
Wasn't happy that we were told that the price we paid was the dearest anyone else paid for that weekend!!
The Staff were exceptional from before our stay right through to the day we left. Mainly Georgie dealt with myself and she is a credit to Premier Inn! She is polite, courteous and genuine which is hard to come by these days. Her willingness to go more than the extra mile for guests is brilliant. She helped myself out initially with me booking the wrong date on the phone via booking.com, she explained exactly what i would have to do if i wanted to cancel. We decided to stay the entire weekend and she even explained to the other staff what had happened and told them i may be calling to cancel one night. Again, amazing person, would definetley Reccomend this premier inn again.
Would have liked the hotel to have foreseen the amount of people attending V festival that were staying at the hotel And possibly arranged that the passing shuttle busses dropped people off. A fairly big ask i understand, so not really a dislike.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
You could hear the nearby road noise in the room
Staff were excellent and very friendly.
Taxis were a rip off (nothing to do with the hotel)
