Ideally located in the town centre of Telford, the Premier Inn Telford (International Centre) offers a restaurant and a bar. The hotel is just 1 mile from Telford Central Railway Station.
Score from 15 reviews Wonderful
Located 5 miles (8 km) from Telford town centre, this Premier Inn is a good base for visiting Ironbridge and Hoo Farm. It has free parking and an on-site Table Table restaurant.
Score from 31 reviews Very good
A traditional 18th century coaching inn, the Swan At Forton is located 2 minutes drive from the A41 in the beautiful Shropshire countryside.

Good location and clean although room very dated. Staff very helpful.
Almost doubling the price for the weekend of university graduation bordered on being very greedy On site restaurant appalling - long wait and absolutely disgusting breakfast - probably the worst I have ever had!!!!
I didn't like the fact that I paid way more than people sharing. Surely you can have some kind of deal for the single traveller?
The bed was amazingly comfortable and the food next door was excellent value for money
Staff professionalism & Reactiveness
Room not serviced for 3 days, no clean towels, bedding, toiletware, beverages. Internet out of order for 2 of 3 days. Kids running in corridors and knocking door after 10pm.
We were kept awake by people in the room above us moving around in the room. The hotel is so badly insulated that it was impossible to get a good nights sleep.
room not serviced for 3 day stay, internet not available 2 of 3 days. Children running in corridors and knocking doors after 10pm.
Everything about the hotel was excellent.
Wasn't happy that we were told that the price we paid was the dearest anyone else paid for that weekend!!
The Staff were exceptional from before our stay right through to the day we left. Mainly Georgie dealt with myself and she is a credit to Premier Inn! She is polite, courteous and genuine which is hard to come by these days. Her willingness to go more than the extra mile for guests is brilliant. She helped myself out initially with me booking the wrong date on the phone via booking.com, she explained exactly what i would have to do if i wanted to cancel. We decided to stay the entire weekend and she even explained to the other staff what had happened and told them i may be calling to cancel one night. Again, amazing person, would definetley Reccomend this premier inn again.
Would have liked the hotel to have foreseen the amount of people attending V festival that were staying at the hotel And possibly arranged that the passing shuttle busses dropped people off. A fairly big ask i understand, so not really a dislike.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
You could hear the nearby road noise in the room
Staff were excellent and very friendly.
Taxis were a rip off (nothing to do with the hotel)
Very clean, beds very comfortable Beefeater breakfast very good value. Staff very nice and helpful
only 2 tea bags on the tray in room
Personnel was lovely when we requested a room change. The second room was perfect and they even moved our luggage for us! Breakfast was very good for a budget hotel!
The first room we got (on the bottom floor) was not suited for us, but the worst was that the size and "nakedness" of the room made steps above us resonate and seem superloud! I'm pretty sure the person(s) above us didn't stomp on the floor on purpose, but it was impossible to sleep through. Also, lacked a hook or hanger in the bathroom, but that's just a minor comment!
We'll located for what we needed
Did not get much sleep first night due to heavy traffic most of the night
Consistent with standards in other Premier Inns I have stayed in.
poor water pressure in the bathroom
Great location, and delivered all my requirements.
Food in the Beefeater was only reasonable in the evening. Not something to recommend. How ever the staff were friendly. Breakfast in the morning was great value, and excellent. I stayed for three nights, and ate out each night only once at Beefeater and the other evenings away from the Beefeater as a result of what I thought was not a good standard.
The friendliness of the staff and the deal now avail able for combined evening meal and breakfast
Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good size room and comfortable bed.
Paid more than usual and had to have room for disabled person but bust weekend as air show on which we hadn't realised when we booked. No black pudding at breakfast!
Comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast!
We stayed at Premier Inn Newport as we were playing a National team event at Lilleshall which is just a few miles away so was very convenient to get there. I found the room very clean and comfortable and the tea and coffee making facilities very welcome! We had a meal at the restaurant in the evening and the staff were very helpful and friendly. As I have to have a gluten free diet I went over early to see if there was anything I could eat on the menu and one of the staff showed me the book that had all the ingredients listed for allergy sufferers. This proved to be very useful and a rare treat to be able to have a choice of food. Thank you.
As I always say in nearly every hotel I go into - no thought is ever given to ladies who want to use straighteners. A plug by a mirror would be so useful with a nice area to do makeup etc. and a seat. I did manage to unplug the kettle but there was hardly any room to move as all the cups etc. were on the corner unit.
speedy check in, very helpful staff, room lovely and clean, great price
nothing that we didnt like
Staff very polite and welcoming. Hotel very clean..
Our breakfast was cold. Only complaint. But disappointed as you really look forward to lovely breakfast. ..also suggest you have a children safe area outside..with a fenced area. It's by a very busy road.
Friendly staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the local tourist attractions. Room was large, clean, comfortable - ideal for our needs.
Convenient, hassle free. Great to eat in evening next door at Beefeater. Breakfast was excellent.
Traffic a bit noisy but it does stae that on web site...and we are not used to it
