The staff as always were excellent

It would be nice if they put two armchairs in their double rooms, as a Senior Citizen couple it would make ou .r stay even more enjoyable. this is a comment also said by friends in the past.this little touch off comfort would be a great

Friendly courteous staff. Comfortable clean accommodation. The courteously call prior to arrival was much appreciated and a good extra service.

There was a mix up about my room and it was not ready and the room then smelt funny.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable, restaurant was also very good. Perfect for the purpose of our visit for a family wedding in Oswestry.

Reception staff were very friendly. A light had been put on in our room and the heating was on. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff especially the lady that was on when we arrived. Taxi's were ordered for us. Customer service was brilliant.

Bed was uncomfortable. Would have preferred a walk in shower as I am walking disabled and having to climb into a bath to shower was awkward.. We were given a ground floor room which was great.

had to wait on Saturday morning to be seated for breakfast and it would have been nice to have been acknowledged when we arrived at the please wait to be seated stand. The pork sausages were horrible!

As soon as we arrived the 2 ladies on recepion made us very welcome, nothing was to much trouble,booking in was made very easy.Everyone was so friendly and pleasent, even the ladies cleaning the rooms were cheerful,We would recommend the Premier Inn Oswestry,and next time we visit we will be staying there again. very clean and well maintained, looked almost brand new. staff were excellent.

We came for a downhill mountain bike event in Moelfre. The hotel was local to the event and offered good quality accommodation and breakfast at a very competitive rate.

Comfortable bed and good breakfast

lack of cleaning in reastuarant. During breakfast we noticed and amount of items on the floor from the previous evening meal such as chips, peas cutlery sauce sachets etc. All of these items were on plain view of the staff, none of which made any attempt to remove them. people using the tables where these items were would stand on them and this had obviously happened. Staff hould also be trained to remove used plates from the tables they are serving at. On 3 occassions 2 members of staff walked away from our table after taking our order or delivering food and left the empty dishes we had used even though they were in the way of what they had delivered.

The convenience,for the area in which I had an appointment & meeting up with family.

The fact that on the afternoon of arrival I was told that the restaurant was fully booked between 6-00p.m. & 9-00p.m. Would it not be possible to reserve at least some tables for guests staying at the Premier Inn because having travelled some distance to get there the last thing you want to do is to take the car out again in order to find somewhere else to eat.

Excellent rooms. Good meals at the pub next door

Location on an industrial estate is not ideal, but no problems with noise etc.

I liked everything,there was not anything negative.

as a family with 6 young children we really struggle to obtain hotel rooms which will accomodate us all at a reasonable price, the rooms were fantastic. spacious and the pull out beds has already been made up for us as the hotel had phoned us in the morning to check if we needed anything which was a nce touch, we ordered the premier breakfasts so the children ate for free and i have to say it was the best breakfast we have ever had, the staff were great with our children and will defnately be staying there again

Great comfortable very clean accommodation at a reasonable price, good quiet location for visiting family nearby. Excellent staff, all very pleasant and helpful. Super breakfast. Would definitely book again. Many thanks.
