The room was comfortable and clean and quiet
The distance from tbe city centre
At our prior request we were given as quiet a room as the fairly busy location could offer - so slept pretty well
The Beafeeter next door was pretty poor
the hotel was immaculate, staff very freindly & helpful, good location
my only gripe, in attached Beefeater - they could have done with more staff
Simple but clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff always with a nice smile
Pretty bad breakfast... No healthy choices
Flat screen tv on wall, room very cleanly decorated (thought had been recently done) very friendly staff.
No refrigerator No bath shampoo
Nice room, friendly and helpful reception
Too expensive and breakfast and staff at beefeater awful
Bed very comfortable
Service very slow in restaurant
The staff were very helpful, the bed very comfortable , good breakfast all in all a nice stay
No telephone in room we were on the first floor and the telephone was down stairs by the front door. A telephone in the room is pretty basic
Convenience of position. Staff polite and helpful. Clean bathroom, although we were put into a disabled room, the 'floor' of the bath was worn slippery at the shower end. Good variety of food for breakfast.
Needs a coat of paint and a bit of updating' Garden outside the restaurant needs tidying and the stream re-established. Looks a bit like a potential litter dump at present. Coffee needs checking regularly at breakfast
Reasonable price and suitable location for us
The hotel was brillant and the safe were very helpful and friendly. The whole place was clean and the bed was one of the best for comfort that I have slept in apart from my own. Worth a visit.
The only thing that let the stay down was the service at the pub next door. The food was excellent as must of had a good chef but the bar staff etc let it d
clean quiet room, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, 12 noon checkout time.
no hair dryer, duvet too hot but no addl sheet/blanket in room to replace duvet with, no shampoo etc
This weekend away was a birthday present trip for my wife, I did not like having to pay the bill at check in with her standing beside me. I asked if I could do it later but was told it had to be done there and then before the system would activate a key.
Staff couldn't be more helpful.
Noisy neighbour's above.
Stayed here several times, the staff are friendly & helpful. The location is good for sightseeing in Oxford & reasonably priced.
staff were friendly and room was spacious
the bedding is not changed during stay. if you have extended stay, the wifi should be per day of stay as opposed to a one day limit
Well positioned for a meeting I needed to attend. Meal Deal good value.
Cost of room. Stayed 3 times this year and price for one night has been between £60 - £130. Room only. Should have a loyalty scheme.
Restaurant and pub next door
Rooms very hot. Thick duvet. No fridge in room like the cheaper metro hotels we have stayed in.
Location was good for access to Manor hospital.
Very helpful staff
Size of the room, bath room good with hot water
second bed for child was a put up bed and it was incredibly uncomfortable. My child couldn't sleep and spent the night trying to get into adults' bed. It wasn't until adult tested the child's bed the next morning that we realised the reason for the moaning! Room was also very stuffy and it wasn't until the next morning we realised there was aircon!
Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The room was a great size and nicely decorated.
Charging for internet seems so yesterday's newspaper. To charge in this day and age is beyond aggravating. Breakfast is a bit pricey given the food quality.
Reception lady afternoon was most accomodating
