room clean, comfortable bed and pillows

coffee sachets in room and coffee at breakfast weak and tasteless. Nothing to eat on tea/coffee tray in room. Shower cream dispenser empty, reported to reception at check out.

Nice spacious rooms, very clean. Adjacent restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money.

squeaky bed the female staff member front of house at the breakfast area was extremely bossy and completely ignored my partner directing all conversation at me.

We were unfortunate enough to experience noisy revellers returning from parties in the early hours of the morning. The hotel kept their 'good night's sleep' guarantee, and refunded our room cost on the two nights' we had been disturbed. We now feel we could return, quite happily.

Inconsiderate, noisy guests, coming in late at night - but I suppose this could happen anywhere. However, I think that the guests in question should compensate the guests who were disturbed! Unfair on the hotel,

Friendly staff!

Not the hotel's fault, one of our fellow guests no doubt emboldened by copious quantities the finest Oxfordshire lager, and handicapped by the intellect of a slug, thought it would be funny to wake everyone up at 5am by banging on the doors.

Location Good. Close to Bus route to City Centre. Staff friendly and efficient. Food and service very good.

Premier Inns have only one weakness for me. The put me up 4th bed is terrible, to the point where my kids do not want to stay for a 3rd time. This is fundamental so I would encorage Premier to consider this very carefully when they refurb next.

The price was a little steep 194 for 2 nights was a little much

Breakfast was poor. Dry over heated bacon, very little egg yoke in the scrambled egg. Bed mattress too hard. Pull out bed was very uncomfortable.

Room was large enough for our family rather than having the children in a separate room. Breakfast was well organised and good variety.

Bed was extremely hard and room very warm despite turning heating off and having windows open for while.

The walls are as thin as cardboard so that you hear the snoring from neighboring rooms. If people in the room above turn in their bed or just walk, it it so loud that you simply cannot sleep.

restaurant in the evening

breakfast was disorganised and buffet items were not available at the same time when we arrived for breakfast. Everyone was standing around waiting for food to be cooked. I complained and am supposed to be getting a refund for the breakfast.

Close to where I was going.

Staff showed a lack of care or value towards us customers especially on our arrival date, given one of us arrived from the USA. Reception hardly picked up calls when rang from the room and room phone kept having connection problems and had to be moved around to get it back on.

The bar area was clearly understaffed and the staff were working too much and stressed because of this. In the evening there were far too few people working - we looked around and all the staff were working away very busily - I am sure the staff turnover is horrendous - you can only cut the bone so far...

the rooms are always great and the restaurant near by is always a plus

the childrens bed on the floor was too cold for my child to sleep on so she slept with us.

The triple room was spacious and the attached beef eaters restaurant was fantastic

Some things around the complex were a bit grubby and the tap on our basin was almost falling off!

Nice big room with big bed. What you would expect from a Premier Inn. The breakfast was very good too.

The bed was actually a bit hard for me, though my husband was comfortable. And I think that for the money we paid a few more toiletries should have been provided than just a body wash and shampoo combined.

Everything - friendly,helpful desk staff -(and housekeeping ) nothing was too much trouble. Squeaky clean room,comfy beds and plenty of pillows and towels. Excellent breakfasts,parking and everything. 10 out of 10.
