The family room was fantastic. We had a dual aspect room, with views toward Torquay and Brixham. We kept our windows open at night to hear the waves crashing. The Brewers Fayre was very good value. The breakfast was great.
View from indow
bed and breakfast great
location badly advertised, shower not safe needs a slip mat in bath
Nice and quite and peacefull, and pub next door very good,
Room was seemed warm at times even with no heating on.
The view was amazing perfect location
Everything. All staff polite, helpful and pleasant. Fab breakfasts. Everything cooked perfectly. Lovely room.
Everything was perfect.
Very well laid out. Staff helpful. Would certainly use Premier Inns again. Douglas, Cromer.
comfortable bed with spacious room & facilities to suit our needs. Any additions asked for were promptly actioned.
we had no dislikes on thid stay.
Room was lovely with sea view. Everything was clean and room was spacious.
The restaurant attached needs updating. The service was good but slow. They need an area you can sit comfortably after dinner rather than having to sit at the table after a meal.
Premier inn are always a winner for price and cleanliness, this hotel is no different! a nice hotel and would certainly stay again.
Electrical equipment outside belonging to the hotel kept cutting in and out throughout the night disrupting sleep. Mentioned this on check out so hopefully they will resolve. This was our second stay in this hotel, and this problem was only present during the second stay. Don't let this comment put you off, it's a nice hotel
Room was lovely Staff Lovely Food good value for money
Nowhere to sit after a meal Needs a seating area for residents to sit and read paper have a drink etc restaurant is usually heaving so not the place to relax - it's a lovely hotel - just misses that!!!!
Perfect Location Room is clean & tidy Large Room Excellent sea view Kettle, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, sweeteners are ok Room lights are good Water pressure in bathroom is good Receptionist are helpful
No cheese in breakfast Need to ask for boiled egg Breakfast service area like puzzle Tea and hot water in separate place and need help to find it Small TV for large room (you cannot read subtitles) Double room but only one towel set No hair conditioner, no shampoo, handwashing gel and shower gel absolutelly same Bed is comfy but creaky No paper towel (only toilet paper) Kettle is ok but only tap water was ready Window size is too small for beautiful view
The sea view
No lift we had to walk up four flights of stairs
Hotel right on the beach with lots of facilities for families.
Could have been cheaper
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely place to stay with the family.
Good staff. Helpful. Good position close to the beach.
Unfortunately no hot water on the last morning due to someone setting off the fire alarm. My bigger concern was that I heard no fire alarm ! Brewers Fayre was rather chaotic when it came to booking tables.
Lovely breakfast at the adjoining restaurant. Nice shore location
Staff very unhelpful. Room was dirty as were the corridors to reach the room, None of the soap dispensers had been filled. No morning newspapers
everything! lovely room, good food, beautiful location, friendly staff, great value for money, will definitely be back
if you had to push me for an answer i would say that on the Sunday lunchtime, the bar was very understaffed and we had to wait 20 minutes to get served at the bar,
the beds food
Staff were very pleasant and helpful
Parking could be a bit difficult especially for the less mobile. Breakfasts were very good but other dining at lunch or evening at the inn was not too good food not very appetising and had too wait far to long for order to arrive, sometimes nearly an hour
Hotels great location. Bit pricey for a PI.
The restaurant attached was disgusting. Snail trails all over the sticky carpets. Tables not wiped, just relaid. Food inedible.
Location by the sea Free parking Staff welcoming Tea and coffee in room
Kids area needs a refurb but great idea
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great beach location. Nice large room with window that opened to sea breeze. Very convenient
Had to pay for wifi. No elevator to upper floor. One of our beds was not very comfortable at all but the rest were fine
Good location lots to do
no free wifi given the cost of the room should have free wifi, room cost at 80 pounds a night its a bit pricey when you can get a B&B for 45 pounds a night
receptionist rude when asked if there was a travel cot which was requested when i booked he room, her attitude was shocking because she had to go and find a travel cot. sloppy service in restaurant as well.
