The staff were very friendly and we were impressed with the restaurant.
As it was raining when we arrived it was a bit of a walk from the car park to the reception area. It would have been nice to be able to drop the bags off outside the door under cover.
Knew what to expect from previous premier inns, excellent,as always, good bed ,clean room, good bathroom, quality bedding, quiet, liked all of it.when travelling alone why should l only be offered a single bed ,poor location, furniture and old bedding. For less you get a great rate and room, thanks.
Would like free wi-fi,reduced rate in beefeater even better!
Friendly staff extremely helpful. Good location. Breakfast on hand.
Large spacious room. The comfort of the bed was to die for. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was second to none. Lovely shower with constant hot water. Can't wait to go back for another stay!
Very minor points like lack of drawer space in room although this would only be a problem if staying a few nights. No telephone in room which seemed strange and no toilet brush either!
Staff were friendly and helpful
Bed was a bit too high for someone with a bad back. Same goes for the height of the bath.
everything was very good and suitable for our requirements
Clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast
Clean, friendly, great WiFi
Bit near the road - but rooms at the back are quiet
Greeting on arrival and and cleanliness of the room.
Paid wi fi (seemed penny pinching!) Wrong postcode on website. they know about it everyone complains ...but they haven't changed it !!!
Easy booking in
The air con only goes down to something silly like 18 degrees and the rooms are stifling as they do not have openable windows,so the nights were not pleasant as I was hot all night
in a word everything ! friendly helpful staff in reception beefeater staff equally so everything was perfect
nothing comes mind
the place was fine for what we wanted and the fact we booked last min. room was comfy and i was surprised we got new towels on a 2 night trip
afew more sachets of coffee/milk would have been nice but saying that when i asked reception they gave me afew for free
Clean, comfortableand easy to find. It suited our needs and the staff were curtiouse and very helpfull. We would use the hotel again.
Felt that two tea bags and milk in the room was a bit mean. The breakfast was ok but it seamed to have stood in the kitched. The tomatoes were dry the bacon tough and one of the hot water jugs was tepid.
The staff and food and quietness
When I booked it it was ment to be the sea view one but bookin . Com messed up wid the hotel so I will be emailing my complaint.
Sound of doors closing
Lovely and Clean Room. Friendly staff. Close to the Beefeater
Getting a note through the door saying about people complaining about children running up and down the corridar, we were not even in the building at this time but i believe it is standard practice for people to try and get there money back like the advert on the television.
Nearly everything ; never stopped in a poor Premier Inn and this was probably one of the best. Staff exceptional, breakfast superb ( for quality it actually rivals that at Rick Stein's place in Padstow but at a third of the price ) and as usual the beds are fabulous - so comfortable and warm. I am never one to believe the hype of advertising but Lenny Henry is certainly spot on no matter where he pitches his bed.
Wine was a bit expensive in the adjacent Beefeater and there was inconsistency in what I was charged ; two identical rounds cost different amounts of money from the same barman !
Large bed Sofa beds Lots of lighting Extra pillows Powerful shower Fantastic aircon
Being next to the road
Location, cleanliness and room size were all very good, amenities in room were suitable for the purpose of our visit. The room was in excellent condition-no wear and tear.we were pleasantly surprised that our daughter(5) had her own bed we were expecting a pull out sofa bed of some sort.
There weren't really any bad things, it was a very good hotel.
Clean room. Decent restaurant on site.
Had my car bumper badly scratched in car park. Asked the staff to look at CCTV - still waiting to hear back. Wish I had phoned police straight away.
Good hotel for overnight stay .Good room. Clean plenty of tea and coffee. Quiet. Ample Parking and easy to get breakfast or evening meal right next door
