Met up with family. Play zone very much appreciated by the younger family members and food was varied and reasonably priced. Spent two very enjoyable evenings together.

Everything was good the rooms are clean and the hotel are clean. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay there.

The room was well designed and easy to "live in". With all facilities working and ample.

The room was bright and airy, and very clean, the bathroom was also very clean. Everywhere looked as thought it had just been refurbished and was completed to a high standard. Excellent value.

we liked the location as it is close to our family in pontefract and as we live in the north east it is a good place to stay.

the fact that the price of the room had increased from the time we enquired to when we booked.

every thing about the hotel was good staff very friendly and helpful.we had a birthday suprise for one of our friends and the staff were very helpful in keeping it all a secret. will be back again in future .

We were delighted with how clean the room and facilities were. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. At the Pontefract North location the kids play zone was a god-send for our 2 and 5 year olds. Great value for money.

We are a family of 5 , we requested that if possible that we could be accommodated in the one room. This was no problem to yourselves and made our stay all the more enjoyable and affordable. The soft play was great for the kids.

The Brewers Fayre was a bit tired looking and could do with an update. Staff were very helpful and friendly though.

Really nice staff and perfect beds, really comfy. Perfect set up with the pub/resto next door, good breakfast and again said really nice staff.

The shower, not enough pressure, and there was, my guess, an industrial fan built in the bathroom, made a lot of noise.

Very friendly efficient staff, spotless room. Plenty of choice at breakfast buffet and even alternative items could be cooked to order.

Possibly the temperature of the room but that is just personal choice.

Had to take car if we wanted to go out anywhere - there was no shops or restaurants within walking distance.

Stay was to break a long journey to scotland. Not far to get back on the road to continue so we stayed again on return jouney. Good night sleep and excellent model of tv.

wonderful staff, most helpful on arrival late at night nothing was too much trouble for the gentleman on duty. similarly in the morning super yorkshire lady gave me A short lift to my destination to save me walking. splendid personal service which you struggle to find in the best of hotels today.

fan in bathroom did not reset after use - bit noisy
