The service was excellent, the bedrooms clean & tidy, but with only one chair. The staff were friendly, polite & helpful and the food in the Table restaurant was first class. The times set for breakfast each morning were ideal for a relaxed meal to be enjoyed and the Inn location was in easy walking distance of Poole town centre. There was no drinks/wine menu available or on display in the restaurant which we were not happy about. The staff were worked off their feet on the Friday & Saturday night of our stay, which was uncomfortable. We were disturbed in room 20 the first and second night we were there, by someone above making a racket. The first night at 2.55am until 3.30 am and the second night at 1,05 am until 1.25am. Understandably we had a rotten nights sleep , particularly on the first night and reported it to reception.

We liked the familiarity of the Premier Inn chain, the friendly staff, decent standard of accommodation, value for money, tasty breakfast, large family room, closeness to the train station and Poole city centre, quick and efficient check-in, generous 12 o'clock checkout time.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Sea views. The reception staff weren't very helpful and the check in process was long and difficult. Unable to put through on the phone to the on site restaurant which is just ridiculous. Loud door banging in the morning.

Good access to good size car park. Close to town and on the doorstep for good food. An on site shop, possibly a news agents or small convenience for families and older couples.

The waitress at breakfast very abrupt nature towards everyone. The older couple at my next table while being questioned as their choice for breakfast even said I quote " please bare with us we have not stayed here before and do not understand the procediure" not even then were they treated with help. If I need to stay at this hotel again I will not have my breakfast on site.
