Room was fine. The bed was comfortable and a good size. Kids beds were good and clean.
The bathroom light did not work. There was a leak near the fan. The bathroom door handle was squeeky and disturbed us when anyone went durdting the night and the door stop in the bathroom was broken with a rusty nail sticking out the floor.
Friendly and helpful staff
Poor quality breakfast using very cheap produce. Not the greatest value for money at nearly £80 a night excluding breakfast and wifi.
Freindly and comfortable
No free WiFi
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb.
The hotel is currently a building site.
Room temp was set at 24.5 degrees and couldn't be changed = Too hot to sleep. I always thought I could rely on Premier, but this one was also not very clean, the parking was not great. I wouldn't stay here again.
Good value, clean.
Arrived after dark so building works made the access very confusing, temporary reception area awful, but excellent staff made up for it. Very noisy with guests returning to rooms in the early hours, walls must be paper thin.
food was hot ,service good with a smile
you asked if you wanted to use the towels again to put them back on the rail. but the three days we were there were changed each day
The room was clean and the bed lived up to their promise of a good nights sleep. the food in the restaurant was very good with an excellent choice. The full English breakfast did just that filled you up for the day ahead,
A large portacabin placed right in front of the reception doors and restaurant, hid both entrances. On checking in told that as I was paying cash I must produce my passport or driving licence. Since we were in our own country I did not have my passport, luckily I did have my old paper driving licence. We had not been told we needed to produce anything when booking. If we had been travelling by train or coach I would not have had either proof so we would haver been without accommodation.
The hotel is good value for money, the room was comfortable, but you only get 30mins free of wifi so not ideal, location is wonderful as it overlooks holesbay .staff v friendly
When you book through Booking.com they usually give you a disabled room even if you are not, but if you ask the staff they should help.
Heat in Room, uncomfortable bed, tired, dated facilities
Breakfast was fantastic very good choice
Bar prices were extortionate
Nice hotel with ample parking. Staff friendly and efficient. Clean rooms.
Restaurant attached to hotel not so clean... Found dirty cutlery on table at breakfast, tables sticky and dirty. Food in itself was fine but the restaurant could do with a refurbishment!
Very nice staff, good breakfast, clean basic room. A typical Premier Inn room, which is a good thing.
the place was very clean ,everything u need is there lovely restaurant next door with very good food !!coming back next year very good value for money !!
Comfortable rooms Great breakfast Wonderful staff
Just a little bit far to walk to Poole quay
Staff were friendly and helpful, bedrooms were clean and very comfortable
Wifi was slow, and I had to keep putting in the code every time I was reusing it
The bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was nasty - poor quality ingredients and the coffee was on a par with instant train journey swill.
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Breakfasts were excellent. Fantastic choice and well presented.
Bed was not very comfortable.
No problems ; excellent location for arrival from Spain by boat
comfortable clean hotel friendly staff
Stayed in Premier Inn Poole for 1 night. Good hotel. The restaurant had a wait time of 15 minutes to be seated and another 30 minutes for the dinner to arrive. Didn't bother booking a table as there were some pretty nice places in Poole in close proximity. Excellent staff. So, three stars for them.
The bar didn't have cocktails!
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was great location being so close to the ferry port for us getting back to Guernsey.
Unfortunately the on-site restaurant was very busy that evening and although we had booked our meal we had to wait an hour before eating. By that time it was getting quite late. Also would have been nice to have had Sky Sports in the bar (just my opinion)
Sea view Friendly staff Good location plenty of parking
The pub/restaurant attached not big enough to cater for guest told to book for breakfast which we did but still had to queue and wait for table 2nd morning even worst no cups, glasses, plates juice tables not cleared Evening meal sunday we found somewhere else if expanding need to consider expanding eating area as not in walking distance for poole to eat and have a drink at night
Location & staff excellent.
Breakfast was nice but they seemed to be continually out of something, mostly baked items & glasses for juices.
