Handy for visiting family and other amenities
Bit pricey for overnight stay but good quality nonetheless
Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Great room on ground floor which was easy for us coming and going getting changed etc for a family wedding. Good location although be prepared for a fair walk into the town but do-able. We walked to the Marina in about 15 mins. We didn't eat at the restaurant but had a drink in the garden and staff were very nice.
proximity to the main road, facilities nearby (including fule station), ease of walking to the pub without getting wet (it was raining!). Huge room!
No lift to get upstairs with the bags.
Friendly helpful staff. Clean room and Brewers Fare next door.
Room noisy as next to stair and one pillow had an old bloodstain on it. Should have been binned if unable to clean
Ground floor room Clean linen Good lighting in bathroom and around the mirror in the room The lady on reception was very friendly, helpful and informative.
The rate for a Premier Inn was very high - £95! Early morning the people in the room above sounded like they had hob nail boots on which woke us up
Very clean and tidy. Staff were helpful especially when there was a checking in problem which they resolved quickly by contacting Booking.com. Breakfast was plentiful and decent coffee to. Don't forget to visit Portishead Marina.
Friendly staff! Location pretty good - not far from marina and also bus routes to Bristol. Price wise was much cheaper than staying in Bristol centre.
Bed was far to soft and very noisy!
Premier inn is always good value, clean and comfortable.
Helpful staff, clean room.
The 'quad' room was very cramped for a family of four, and it was horrifically over-hot (27C on the thermometer), with only a small desk fan to mitigate. For the rather expensive price of the room (without breakfast - £86) there ought to be fully functioning adjustable air conditioning as standard. One of the single beds was almost too uncomfortable to sleep on.
The stay provided what we wanted
The hot room. Room should have air con and our heat control
Easy to find Room very clean Quiet Good parking area
Had a comfortable stay. The lady on reception was fab!
Would have been less stressful if the room that I booked for disabilities wasn't given and so they put us right on the top floor far away as possible so prevented my mum from joining us and she stayed in her room.will not book with booking.com again ! To add insults the people in front of us got exactly the same room for £50 less.
I very much liked the king size comfy bed and the the TV and the water was nice and hot.
I did'nt like the shower head being so high up I am very short and when I shower I don't always want to get my hair wet so it would be nice if it were adjustable, however I did enjoy an nice hot bath
Very family friendly, staff extremely welcoming and room felt like excellent value for money.
Extra cotton sheet
Would love two comfy chairs in the room
I liked the room. I liked the perfect nights sleep. I liked the quietness of the place. In fact everything was just perfect including the restaurant
t.v comfort shower
very quite save and very wellcom sttaf
staff is very friendly
breakfast was bad - we had one look at the place and knew we did not want to eat there rooms at roadside can be noisy if you need to keep the window open because of the ehat
The staff at this Premier Inn was the best we have ever seen especially Sophia they all seem so happy and helpful
helpful staff clean room and bedding facilities good for the purpose of our stay
bed a little too firm
My booking note to them had been noted before arrival. The good sized television had subtitles and was easy to use. Our room was on the ground floor as requested (due to me being 38 weeks pregnant). They were aware of our deafness and gave us an fire alerting device before our arrival. Having the ability the top up on tea/milk/sugar at any time without asking. Having extra pillows available and the correct number of large towels for one per person. Plenty of plug sockets available to use.
my ground floor request (due to me being 38 weeks pregnant) was agreed but I given the furtherest room away. The carpet was slightly sticky in some areas when I was walking around bare footed.
Good location easy access to bristol and Baths. Staffs are friendly.
Breakfast, not much option for vegetarians.
Lovely big quiet room with a massive TV, great and helpful staff (Pam at reception was a joy to meet in the mornings). The breakfast was abundant and varied and the staff were honestly attentive
All staffs are very lovely & kind and made me fantastic memory in my head.
