Friendly and helpful staff
Despite trying very hard was not able to use or log onto the wifi.but our money was refunded without asking. Also only Luke warm water in wash basin not easy to shave.
Power of shower it was terrible had to run round the bath to get wet, was adjacent to reception an the door banged contentiously from 5 am, room was cold and could not turn up
Good location and comfortable room.
Non opening windows. Lack of facilities for smokers. Connecting door to another room.
Asked for a quite room as i was doing nightshift got a room that there was building work outside spent 3 days and had no sleep would never stay there again spoke to someone who replied they should have been finished last week sorry that did not help me i know hotels mainly cover b&b customers but do try and think about others even with a door hanger on saying i am a night worker someone still knocked on the door
I love staying at Premier when i go to visit Portishead, the staff a extremely friendly as are the staff at the pub next door
As ever beds extremely comfortable. Cleanliness excellent. Reception staff very friendly
Car park very busy on arrival largely due to popularity of adjoining pub.
Lack of free wifi in hotel
The two ladies on reception were amazing, they couldn't do enough to make us and the children feel welcome. Room was perfect and very comfortable. Breakfast was great.
The room was very comfortable and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. We will definitely go back again!
great location - a good friendly staff
Building work started early - hotel is building an extension The pub next door is adequate - but you could not say more than this!
Ideal location for what we wanted to see and do
For a business stay this hotel ticks all the boxes of a clean welll staffed and very comfortable bed/night's sleep
I guess that for a holiday stay it is very basic.
The staff were brilliant!!
Handy for visiting family and other amenities
Bit pricey for overnight stay but good quality nonetheless
It was good to have the help that was asked for from the staff of the hotel they also gave us good advise on directions too an important function we were given good advice on what the area had too offer us
We would have preferred an hotel nearer Bristol unfortunately there were no vacancies anywhere else. The only fault we had was it was too far from the function we needed to attend
Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Great room on ground floor which was easy for us coming and going getting changed etc for a family wedding. Good location although be prepared for a fair walk into the town but do-able. We walked to the Marina in about 15 mins. We didn't eat at the restaurant but had a drink in the garden and staff were very nice.
proximity to the main road, facilities nearby (including fule station), ease of walking to the pub without getting wet (it was raining!). Huge room!
No lift to get upstairs with the bags.
Friendly helpful staff. Clean room and Brewers Fare next door.
Room noisy as next to stair and one pillow had an old bloodstain on it. Should have been binned if unable to clean
Ground floor room Clean linen Good lighting in bathroom and around the mirror in the room The lady on reception was very friendly, helpful and informative.
The rate for a Premier Inn was very high - £95! Early morning the people in the room above sounded like they had hob nail boots on which woke us up
Very clean and tidy. Staff were helpful especially when there was a checking in problem which they resolved quickly by contacting Booking.com. Breakfast was plentiful and decent coffee to. Don't forget to visit Portishead Marina.
Friendly staff! Location pretty good - not far from marina and also bus routes to Bristol. Price wise was much cheaper than staying in Bristol centre.
Bed was far to soft and very noisy!
Premier inn is always good value, clean and comfortable.
Helpful staff, clean room.
The 'quad' room was very cramped for a family of four, and it was horrifically over-hot (27C on the thermometer), with only a small desk fan to mitigate. For the rather expensive price of the room (without breakfast - £86) there ought to be fully functioning adjustable air conditioning as standard. One of the single beds was almost too uncomfortable to sleep on.
The stay provided what we wanted
The hot room. Room should have air con and our heat control
Easy to find Room very clean Quiet Good parking area
