Staff focused on each other rather than the customer.

Staff were very welcoming which I liked.

Rubbish not been cleared from under the sofa bed.

Price was cheap and staff are friendly and helpful

From arriving to leaving all the staff encountered were very friendly and the adjoining beefeater inn was very nice to have a meal and a relaxing drink in, again all the staff there were equally friendly, overall we had a great stay. Thanks.

Easy to find just off the M6. Convenient for us going to a wedding nearby in Longridge. Very helpful staff who sorted us out a room when we arrived too early. Good nights sleep and easy to get off and away on the motorway the next morning.

I enjoyed my stay at Premier Inn East because the staff were so helpful and friendly. Also having the beefeater restaurant attached was a bonus. Fantastic food. Will definitely stay there again.

for us the preston east was great,just what we needed really nice bar food good room nice and very clean and the nice girl on reception even printed us off directions to the hospital. very good stay and would reccommend it.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I slept very well. Very useful having the Beefeater restaurant attached.

We liked the fact that we could book family rooms easily. The location was great and staff were very helpful and welcoming. Room was just what we needed and I was really surprised at the lack if road noise even with window open as you are so close to the motorway. We enjoyed breakfast and also a drink in the bar, very convenient all round! Thanks.

I was travelling alone and felt very safe coming back to the hotel in the evenings. Very comfortable and clean

I wear ear plugs, so it was fine, but there was rather a lot of door banging and people from the eating place next door who gathered under my window to smoke and be generally loud very late at night.

It was an ideal location to break up the journey from Edinburgh to London - and not far off the motorway. We enjoyed a visit to warwick castle after benefitting from a comfortable stay at the premier inn.

Easy to find location. Excellent cleanliness and a very comfortable nights kip :)

The staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. The 'Good Night's Sleep' policy was applied when I requested that my room be located away from the Motorway. No problem. Little touches like the choice of Pillows are appreciated.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel very welcome and special, this makes all the difference to any stay. If all Premier Inn's were like this I wouldn't stay anywhere else! Clean rooms, good breakfast.The people running this really know what they are doing are working hard and could make a success of any hotel.

Decor a bit dated, corporate and tired. Corridors too narrow.

The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The location was great for our halfway stop on the motorway. Restaurant staff were good especially the breakfast staff, reallycheery bunch first thing in the morning. Price was good. Only problem we had was having to run around in the shower to get wet, very poor pressure.

Staff were great. There were only a few rooms left but we were still put next to my mum in her disabled room and my son was next to me so three rooms together. I was impressed. Access was fairly good with wheelchair, no shampoo etc but it is budget. Very comfortable, tv etc and coffee making facilities which is always a must. No iron but hairdryer necessary. Thanks. it was very comfy and clean the staff were very profesional helpful and polite we would stay there again.

Breakfast excellent value for money.

Access to motorway and to nearby shopping ( Preston). Next door resto was very convenient, and good value for money. We were pleasantly surprised! Staff were friendly and helpful in hotel and reto. Well done!

Heel vriendelijk personeel & super ontbijt (english breakfast aan tafel gebracht)

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, goede bedden, schone kamer.

Ondanks dat de verwarming uit was (in de zomermaanden) was het warm in de kamer, dus zet je de ramen open tijdens het slapen. Dan is het verkeerslawaai van de m6 dramatisch luid en zou ik oordopjes aanbevelen.
