Premier Inn Preston South (Craven Drive)  

Friendly, helpful staff. Good facilities. Convenient location for our needs. Nice pub next door.

The twin room for my brother and me only contained one proper bed - "twin" implies to me that both beds are the same. The young man at the desk dealt with the problem efficientl and arranged another room for us, so that turned out fine. The cost was higher than expected. My father paid as soon as we arrived, while I was unloading the car, and when I saw the cost I just assumed that I had overlooked some "small print". The printing on our invoice from the hotel was so small that I could not read it properly anyway and after our journey we wanted to settle in and go out to eat, so I did not query this at the time. Our booking confirmation clearly stated that breakfast was included in the price, but when I got home and I checked our paperwork I noticed that we had been charged for breakfast on top of the room cost, an extra £33.

Bed very comfortable - well done Hypnos! Room clean, shower worked well and no queue at check-in.

I liked the fact that it was clean. It was close to where I wanted to be.

Room was very cold on arrival. Small heater not good enough to heat the room. No card no heater! So when you go out and come room very cold.

very friendly and efficient. easy to find off the motorway. comfortable. the only criticism (and it's very minor) was we were unable to alter the room temp, it was set on auto and we couldn't adjust it. Would definitely use premier inns again. Loved the breakfast. Pub right next door - excellent.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast facilities were excellent. The room was immaculate and a good size for a family of 4.

The staff were amazing very accommodating, and help full, nothing was too much for them. There are 3-4girls who work the morning shift and all were amazing very friendly. This hotel is a little out of our way but next time we visit preston i will defiantly be staying here

Staff attitude and the cleanliness of the place were both first class. BVreakfast was ell cooked and clean in presentation. Parking spaces were ample. Highly recommended.

Because we booked to go to the Open golf - the price was not as competitive as it usually is.

Great position for all road network, handy having food and drink options nearby. Staff,[especially receptionist], were friendly and informative - would welcome if you could pass this on.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast had plenty variety and was served piping hot.

Although the bed had been made up the room did not appear to have been cleaned. The bucket still had rubbish in it, there was carrier bags lying around, clothes had been left on the seat. An opened shampoo sachet was left on the bathroom sink and the shower had debris in the plug hole. This is the only problem we had with the Premier Inn.

Room very small for a so-called triple

Very helpful Staff, 24 hr Front Desk Coverage, Plenty of Parking Space, excellent access to Motorway, very comfortable, clean, modern room. Excellent breakfast.

Only problem was no hotel entrance sign as approaching from m6, easy to miss entrance.

Cleanliness & excellent service & Value for money

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great value.

Nothing much to be disappointed about except they old have ad a phone in the room.

It was convenient for our meeting and close to motorway routes for our return to Surrey.

A small piece of proper soap would have been better than the foam soap provided but that's being nit-picky. We would stay there again.
