We liked Premier Inn itself again ! No problems with the rooms, staff etc.BUT, What has happened with the food next door at the Poachers?? See comments ! Food at Poachers Pub ! Cold,Sloppy,Scrambled egg like a piece of plastic !Waiter didn`t seem to care ! We will not be eating there again and as a consequence, will not be staying at Cuerden Way again !!!

Location good for business trip: near motorway junction, free parking, supermarket across the road... Good quality breakfast although a bit pricey.

Clean and comfortable bed My booking included breakfast, but on check-in I was told this was not the case. However, the staff member on duty changed the booking to reflect this, and stated that this regularly happens when rooms are booked through bookings.com

Good clean room, hassle free stay and staff willing to help in finding me another hotel for the following night. Industrial location, but this is a minor gripe.

Very helpful attitude of all the staff we came into contact with during our stay. Difficulty of finding our way, from the point of seeing TWO Premier Inns, to actually reaching Reception, this included a return to the motorway and back again. Obviously being new to the district partially explains this.

Reception was always staffed when we needed it to be. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, fresh linen and very clean and tidy room. Bathroom very clean; all tiles and fittings intact; no cracks in tiles, skirtings, etc. Minimal toiletries - E.G. no handsoap, (just a pump dispenser over the basin and similar in the shower). It always feels more luxurious to have individual sachets/small plastic bottles of shower gel, etc. That said, it is possible to buy toiletries from reception as an extra. Minimal tea/coffee sachets on arrival. Again, it is possible to ask for extras from reception as needed but this seemed to be unnecessarily "tight" way of welcoming new arrivals.

Arrived early hours to a friendly helpful welcome, nothing too much trouble for reception staff. A little noise from traffic on main road but not enough to keep me awake

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming team. Family room worked very well - clean, comfortable beds. Ideally positioned close to M6 for those travelling further. The Poachers Inn was perfectly adequate with good service, but not great quality food.
