bathroom very very small no lift difficulty ion getting luggage upstairs difficulty in carrying the ironing biard upstars would have prefered a lower floor going outside to get food
Location to work was good.
Room really hot and quite noisy. Didn't sleep won't return.
Bed , sleep, good.
Weak shower. Cold shower, told reception , poor response. Needed a shower, was told that couldn't help as everyone else had one. A bit disappointed. Next day shower worked, but weak flow. Not good enough for adult.
Emma on the desk was great and full of personality, was a great start to our trip to speak to someone so enthusiastic after a long and tiresome car journey there! Great having the pub right next door for breakfasts!
The hotel did smell a little damp
Friendly reception staff and help full, room very quiet and well presented. Good value for all you can eat breakfast.
would have liked to be able to just have a cup of tea and a slice of toast for breakfast, but had only two prices for breakfast both over £6.00
There was damp in the bathroom room 4
very quiet room at back of property. Very friendly reception staff. clean room. On main route to destination.
Chemical smell in reception and corridor to room. Reminded me of a chemical toilet smell.
Staff were helpful and friendly
Staff friendly & helpful
Heater issues. Seems like all the Premier Inns don't like to foot the heating bill!!
Sarah and Bob were very friendly as always and very helpful they did their jobs very well.
kitchen staff unclean clothes not what you want to see from people who should be working in a very clean conditions. the meal we had that night was not up to the normal we have had in the past.
Staff not present at reception. 30 mins wen I arrived to check in in early hours of morning. No answer when phone rung aswell.
Bob at reception
Bathroom cleanliness....sticky tables in food place... Breakfast not up to usual Premier Inn standard
Location was convenient for our visit. Accommodation was pretty much as expected - basic and clean.
The breakfast experience in the adjoining pub on the second morning of our stay was dreadful. Unwashed crockery, like warm "hot" water. No bread, plastic table cloths swimming in tea/coffee and a poor chap waiting on who didn't seem to know what he was supposed to be doing. At least we got a refund. (The two girls on duty the day before were good).
The fact I had no phone signal at all.
Quiet and plenty of space
Bath room not 100% clean and mold on the ceiling
reception staff room sheets cleanliness the connecting pub good food and x box for kids value
breakfast! toaster was terrible and you had to order from a menu food was over cooked and not up to the usual premier inn breakfast
The staff were friendly. It was comfortable and clean.Free parking. Its also good that there is showere gel in the rooms and tea and coffee facilities.
As the postcode is the same for all of Blackpool road it made it difficult to find. Also the fact that the premier inn sign was not lit made it more difficult. Why is that the case.My son Had two children who were desperatly needing their dinner and it took so long for us to find the premier inn because of the above statement.
My friend and I enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and friendly, and a good choice in breakfast. We would definitely stay there again, and will also recommend it to our friends.
There wasn't anything we didnt like.
the beb the bar and food
shower breakfast, nothing left room old dated
Very helpful staff.
The first room we were given was totally unacceptable. On opening the door a strong damp smell hit us and there was no way I could have stayed in that room. "Bob" on reception had no hesitation on moving us to a different room which initially smelt of smoke but after a while this smell disappeared. Having read previous reviews damp smelling rooms have been mentioned so surely this should have been sorted by now. I pitied the people who had to stay in our original room.
The man on check In was friendly and helpfull. Room was clean
I asked for a quiet room. The room was quite noisy next to a busy road. Did'nt sleep to well at all.
Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly if they tried. Rooms were spacious and with four of us in there we could still move about!!
