Main double bed Shower/ bathroom TV Decor etc....
The sofa bed my daughter had was extremely uncomfortable!!! The springs were protruding through the fabric!! It was so uncomfortable that she had to come into our bed in the middle of the night, nearly in tears!!! It was an extremely hot weekend for the time if year, the air conditioning / temperature control system was not working properly!!! Very uncomfortable!!! We stayed in Room 5
I says free hair dryer in the room but there was no hair dryer so got wet hair not happy
Ease of booking and check-in. Cleanliness and comfort. Super breakfast at adjacent pub. Friendly reception staff
Evening service at adjacent pub
The friendliness of the staff. The quiet room. Tea/coffee facility. Fabulously comfortable bed. Excellent restaurant. Lots of different ways you could light your room .... i.e just over the bed, just by the front door or the whole room.
I think that there should have been 6 small cuplets of milk instead of 4. There is a very small amount of milk in the cuplets and 2 is barely enough to colour a cup/mug of tea. This is in no way a criticism...it is an observation.
Ease of booking. Room size. Price.
Lovely room huge bathroom, great brekkie
smoothness of check in and friendly response on arrival.
easy access by car
constant humming from aircon or similar
Location to our stay in ramsgate Quiet room as asked for

the beds, tea coffee facilities, the pub so close
having to leave early and l=miss the breakfast
Convenient for so many places to visit within the locality and only a short drive to many beaches.
The Receptionist was the most welcoming, helpful, chap that we have ever met. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a 24-hour shop a short walk away.
We found it strange that unlike the '24-Hour Free WiFi' offered by the chain of hotels that we usually use for our business and pleasure trips, the WiFi at this hotel was only free for 30 minutes a day.
friendly man on arrival who booked us in. very clean room. good breakfast.
Nice and helpful staff The food was nice.
The beds were terrible. My youngest child's bed squeaked so badly that my husband had to go in it whilst he slept with me. As a result our nights sleep was poor.
You always know what to expect when booking a Premier Inn and this was as expected. Everything very good and no problems. Fire alarm went off at 0200 which was a false alarm. Staff were excellent. Due to Guaranteed sleep policy a full refund!
Kept in a clean condition
Only 1 member of staff to check in with and a large queue was forming as a lot of people arrived at the same time
We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Premier Inn (Manston Airport) it was our second stay this year, first time a birthday celebration second time wedding anniversary. A hassle free stay, with great service, politeness and great food, loved the breakfast. Will stay again.
I had to come home anf go back to work!!!!!!
every thing was good shame the fire alarm went off. but good that it works.
It was a good and conducive environment and my family loved it. Easy to locate. Important shops around it
Booking of table in the restaurant for eating has not been properly arranged We kept staying long before been served
The big bed .
Vanity unit was too small. e.g. Space for kettle and mugs far too small, also no tray for the drips
Quiet location, restaurant conveniently close by, handily close to Thanet Way for travelling about.
En suite toilet easily became blocked. Handiman not available on a Sunday but he did attend on the Monday morning. In meantime we had to use the restaurant toilets.
Staff were ALL very welcoming, professional, helpful & friendly. All areas of the hotel; our room and the communal areas, were immaculately clean. The quad room we had was well spaced out. All beds were comfortable & facilites were all working. Food in the adjoining restaurant was very nice and well priced. Proximity to Dover ferry terminal - 30 mins on quiet roads!
Staff very friendly room and bed comfortable
Pub next door. food cold .breakfast not cooked to order.also windows in hotel did not open.no fresh air
The cleanliness of the rooms
I sleep with 2 pillows, one of your pillows too low and too is 2 high could do with thinner pillows maybe? Or. Better combination and my neck been sore for a couple of days since
