Nice rooms overlooking the back of the hotel (away from the road);
Not really a budget hotel price anymore!
Location; cleanliness & comfort of the rooms. Handy having the public house next door serving full breakfast, as well all day meals.
The price could have been lower, as the hotel is not in a major shopping or tourist area.
As usual you know exactly what you getting with Premier Inn. Comfy beds, clean rooms, good breakfast.
Only had one bath towel and one hand towel in the bathroom and night staff member was a 'bit OTT and noisy' [we were tired from travelling]
Staff made us feel very welcome.
Friendly staff team, nice cooked breakfast
Good staff Walking distance of Railway Station Food in Toby Carvery
Noise from road and Toby Carvery. No bath and having to pay for a not particularly good wifi service
No hot water for shower in the morning.
Good breakfast n friendly
Price and rules about not allowed three adults to share a room
Helpful and friendly staff Location of hotel Quality of breakfast
Friendly staff - good breakfast!
staff friendly and very helpful
room rather cold (additional heater was offered) and parking difficult, very few spaces
Everything. The staff were amazing and I felt as if I was in a 4 star hotal.
Probably the best Premier Inn I've ever stayed in.
The bed was superb lovely and big.
The room smelled like an old peoples home especially the bathroom. Looked clean but unpleasant smell. Couldn't change as no other room available
Close to Reading rail station. Short trip to London Heathrow Windsor and Basingstoke if you fancy that!
Google would have you believe its by the fun and frolic . It isnt. Took a while on a dark windy wet night to convince ourselves of that.
Nice room, convenient location
Receptionist had great trouble finding the booking I made of a second room for a friend; and allowed a que to develop rather than calling for assistance.
The staff were super helpful, lots of parking places, close to town and a great made to order breakfast.
being asked to pay for the wifi, most places give it for free.
All staff very helpful and pleasant particularly in the restaurant in the morning
The lights from the Toby carvery light up the bedrooms all night which is not good
Friendly staff, ample parking with easy access and double carpark, clean comfortable rooms. The welcome you get as soon as you walk into the hotel on arrival from reception staff is fantastic. Reccommend everyone to stay here
My only critticism is the rooms are a bit hot and stuffy over night, even with the window open
The location of the Premier Inn, very close to Caversham and Reading. The staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming, infact I couldnt fault it in any way. Would certainly stay here again.
The staff were very attentive. Bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was a little pricey considering you could get it cheaper at the Toby Carvery next door.
No phone in room
Friendly & helpful staff
Rather too expensive @ £65 per night. Plenty of premier Inns charge far less then this one.
Reception was really upbeat and helpful and the room was quiet and very comfortable with a great view of the Thanes. Breakfast was cooked to order and very good. A very good experience. We walked down the road for an excellent evening meal at the Standard Tandoori.
Parking is a bit tight at times as the hotel shares parking with a Toby Inn.
